Hardwick sorted out our PPI, every one was so helpful with our claim, even if we didn't understand they would explain it all, easy to get in touch with them, and very satisfied with the way they dealt with our PPI claim, it took a while but told us all about the progress, nice compensation surprise at the end. All staff are very friendly. It's very easy to do, not a lot of paper work to fill out just a few forms to sign and return. It was fabulous to get money back that I never thought I would be entitled to. Would certainly recommend to anyone as you have nothing to loose.

The no win no fee approach is very refreshing and the percentage fee is also one of the lowest. I found the staff helpful, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable about the business of claims. Together we achieved a significant result.

Thank you Hardwick Group (Claims 2 Gain), I used you for a number of claims for one of my parents. You operated in a professional manner and always security checked details with myself before discussing matters. I was kept informed throughout the process and a number of claims were successfully completed, where I had failed to get information from financial companies previously. No claim payments were required from me before full settlement from the lender was complete. Thank you.

THE TEAM WAS VERY HELPFUL FROM START TO FINISH KEPT US INFORMED OF ANY DECISIONS BY THE COMPANY WE WRE CLAIMING BACK FROM ALL THE WAY THROUGH VERY SIMPLE PROCESS AND VERY CLEAR PAPERWORK .

Thank you for your comment Mrs Hall, this is something I am currently lookig into and have put in place a text service so after every update we receive customers also recieve the same. It is not always possible at this point to contact each customer individually by phone due to the volume of correspondance that comes into the office, and generally the letters are copies of which the creditors are already sending to customers. very good service only thing I would say is that paperwork took a long time to get sorted and long gaps in communications but say all that I would use again If needed

Thank you for your positive comments, we have tried several times to reduce the paperwork but unfortunately this is what the creditors require and we have to work within the regulated time frames. as much as I appreciate you sorting out my claim I think that your pricing is astronomical as I have found out what it actually takes to make a claim and had I known this I would have considered doing it myself, you tell people that it costs a quarter of the claim but your charges are more like a third as V.A.T. is not mentioned at the initial phone call, If I recommend you to anyone I know I will make sure that they know the facts firsts of your charging structure, as I said I appreciate the claim but not your charges

Mr Dibben, Thank you for your comments. As part of the initial training all staff are scripted so that the requirments dictated by theClaims Management Regulator are adhered too, we have to be transparent in relation to charges. I will endeavor to locate your inital sales call. With regards the 25% we are very competative within the market place and have found a large amount of companies charging in excess of 35% plus VAT. We have many returning customers and referrals due to the good customer care/service we provide and although "yes" it is possible to claim on your own merit, again most people prefer the hassel free alternative and use a CMC. Easy to use, and very polite staff, the constant phone calls, usually just as we were having our evening meal was a bit of a nuisance. After all that though, we did get some money back.

Hardwick processed my claim quickly and efficiently, with very little input needed on my part. Also, I found them to be ten percent better than some other companies, with respect to their charges, so I would certainly recommend them. Joyce Russell

I have had a very successful result from asking Hardwicks to proceed with my PPI claim. Very quick and efficient service. The only point to be noted is that we have a negotiated commission rate agreed at the time of signing the Terms & Conditions and the agents have had to be reminded on each invoice that they need to amend the charges. Perhaps a note on the computer data would be a good idea?
