Thank you for the contact and your comment. 30% is industry standard and we are transparent with our fees, it was explained in the initial call. You have every opportunity to decline our services and process a claim on your own merit, however you have been successful and it was with the help of Hardwick Financial Solutions and this should be seen as a positive. “I was very happy to discover I had a claim for PPI, and all previous companies failed to see I was owed this money, just goes to prove if you have the right team working for you, you get results. The money I received was spent on a much deserved family holiday many thanks to all your staff for their hard work. Mr Andrew graves”

“The manner of the guy Who spoke to me in the very 1st phone call I received, made me discuss rather than put the phone down...as I so often have done on the past with others! Everything has been followed through promptly. I couldn't really have asked for a more professional service. Thank you”

“Very efficient. Perhaps a little too efficient at times - to the point of hounding me. However, they came up with the goods and I have been able to pay off my credit cards - yay! They take quite a large cut. Tried not to think too hard about it, as I am reconciled that I wouldn't have got a penny without them.”
