Placed an order for ak47 and it said online they had it in stock, almost month went by and they kept telling me my order Is delaying due to to many orders been placed and COVID-19 shipping delays, which is straight bs, and when I asked for refund they didn’t even try to make it right they straight sent my request to refund department and that’s it, don’t waste your time with this sorry people, there way better online gun dealers you can use like Deguns.net quick and on time shipping and they communicate when you call with questions

I ordered a magazine and 2 boxes of 7.62x39 well it took about 2 weeks to get my magazine after I emailed to see what was going on with my order she said that it's been real busy and I'll receive my ammo here soon..Well I waited a couple of more weeks and not a word so I emailed to see about just getting a refund back and I get a reply that classic firearms had a shortage mixup and ran out but what's crazy is when I ordered it a month ago there was several in stock..Now I'm slowly waiting to see how long this refund will take..I know from now on to never order from this company again I threw all the stickers away that were sent with my magazine and no ammo which is frustrating Never again!

no customer service. no communication. no answers on where my order is and if it will ship. (ordered on 6/60/20) today is7/14/20. They took my money. won't cancel the order. Time to find an attorney.

Ordered a Draco after reading the ad stating they had four in stock. I still have not received my gun or refund of almost nine hundreds dollars. They should not take money if they can’t deliver. Do Not Buy Guns From Classic Guns. Buy from Buds.

Don't. Just don't. The second they have your email they will SPAM you 5 times EVERY DAY. You can't unsubscribe. You can't shake them off. Their unsubscribe link doesn't work, you can't change your email preferences and they are unresponsive to calls/emails. Classic Firearms is an unethical company with illegal business practices (spam mailers).

I ordered a sling foregrip and ar 15 booklet 2 wks ago site says still processing horrible service wish i had seen all the negative reviews before i gave them my money they suck dont send any money you wont get what you pay for!!!

I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 7 items (all in stock when I ordered). It took nearly three weeks for them to get around to pulling the items from their warehouse even though they charged my credit card right away. Then I get an email stating that one of the items was no longer in stock (big surprise given how long they wait to fill an order). The interesting thing is that the email said they were canceling my order. So I emailed back asking why would they cancel the order if only 1 of 7 items was unavailable. I get another email stating that more than one thing was out of stock so they "had" to cancel order. Ridiculous. So in the end they got a one month free loan on my credit card. Stay away from this company. Very shady.

Buyer Beware, this company is not selling firearms they’re just stealing money. Ordered revolver June 18th, got email June 26 stating order shipped, what they actually did was create a shipping label and then 9 minutes later canceled shipment, marked my order as complete WTF. No customer service response they’ve got my money and I’ve gotten nothing. Hopefully my credit card company can recover funds. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered a Chinese SKS, paying an extra $20 for matching serial numbers. Nowhere in their site was there a mention of a slowed process due to COVID. I did receive an email that my order was ready for “picking”, but that it could sit there “for a while”. On June 26th, nine days after my order, after I wrote them, I was told my order was in the “packing stage”, and that it should ship in the next 24-48 hours. That was a Friday. I waited until Tuesday, giving them the full weekend plus two business days to ship, still nothing. I contacted them again, by email(Tristan has been pretty diligent with his enigmatic responses, to his credit) on Wednesday the 1st of July, asking for a specific information regarding why it hasn’t yet been shipped, and let him know I was considering canceling my order, and all he could say today is that they were dealing with “variables beyond their control”. If your company deals in products that you advertise as having, and your customer service reps are either given false data or told to lie to string customers along, your going to fail. I wish I had had the forethought, prior to my attempt to make a purchase from them, to check out company reviews. Up until this point I have not had such a disappointing experience with any other company or internet purchase. Today, I’ve written them my second to last email. My next one will either be a cancellation or an acceptance letter.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. There custome service is by far yhe worst I've ever had tomhe pleasure of dealing with. I ordered a 25 round drum for an AK style 12 guage, the drum came damaged and inoperable. I contacted Classic Firearms within a day of receiving the damaged product and they informed me I would have to take the issue up with the manufacturer. After several emails and calls to SGM Tactical with no response I then contacted Classic Firearms again. They informed me that I would have to do a return (of which I would be responsible for original and return shipping cost along with a possible restocking fee). Why should I be charged when I didn't receive what I paid for. They sent me damaged product. The real deal killer was the fact that paid extra for Classic Firearms extended warranty which "Jay" was kind enough to tell me is pretty much useless. I will never deal with this company again. Best of luck to them in sticking it to future customers.

Worst company ever ordered a revolver on June 17th, got email stating shipped on June 26 shipment canceled 9 minutes later and my order was marked complete? It’s July 2nd now and customer no service emails are form letters and they aren’t accepting phone calls. I’ve filed complaints with Better Business Bureau and The NC Dept of Justice, this ripoff is apparently the norm for this company I found out too late I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered. Avoid AVoid AVOID this company of criminals the owners should be locked up. My next step is small claims court.

I had favorable transactions with these people in the past. The last order they shipped one out of three items. Daily Emails have yet to prompt a response. They won't accept phone calls, and I have lost me patience. What the hell?

I bought an AR 9 pistol, the FM 9 with 5 in short barrel, they just came in stock that day, so I bought 1 right away, said they were 8 left when I bought mine on June 25, 2020..I paid for the gun, set up my FFL and I received an email that I was G2G, in line waiting to be shipped. I was excited to get this sought after gun and so I'm checking my email every day in hopes of it being shipped. Today, June 30, 2020 I received an email from Classic saying there was a discrepancy in their inventory and they had to cancel my order. Very disappointing..They said they had 8 left when I purchased mine...What's up with these guys? This was my first (and last) attempted purchase with Classic Firearms..

I have never dealt with such an unresponsive and incompetent business. They refused to answer the phone or accept phone messages, or respond to faxes. It took several days before they responded to emails and then not answer accurately. Somehow, they site the Covid excuse, despite that most states are open, and they admit using work from home personnel for correspondence. I have tried to communicate with them multiple times by phone, email, and fax; informing them that the item that they shipped did not correlate with their advertisement, and that they were sending the item to the wrong FFL. They failed to correct either of these issues, and eventually, three weeks later, the item arrived at the wrong FFL. No return label was sent to the FFL, despite prior emails etc. Subsequently, they sent the label to me, despite that it was clear that I never accepted the item. They refused to act on these issues, citing that it had already shipped, less than 12 hrs after the order; yet it took more than 3 weeks to arrive. (????) They added me to their SPAM email list, and would not unsubscribe me, despite > 15 attempts. I would advise strongly to avoid such a deceptive, unresponsive, and incompetent business.

Worst company so far. Ordered parts that were in stock a month ago and they still haven't been picked for processing yet. They charged my card right away though. Won't be buying anything from them again

Bought 5000 rounds of ammo. It was taking a little longer getting my order shipped, so I emailed the company later one night over the weekend. I got online to look at reviews and saw a below-average rating. I was a bit nervous. The next business day I received an email stating it has been taking them about 10-15 days to get orders out. The order was shipped on about day 12. I received it about 3 or 4 days later. I would have given a 5 had the order been shipped within about 5 days or if I would have been informed that it would be about 2 weeks before the order would get out. Either way, it was still a good experience shopping at ClassicFirearms.com, and I will do it again!!
