“Great service, great prices. I’ve looked at a lot of sites and always come back to classic arms. I don’t even bother looking around anymore. Just pull up the classic arms site and get what I need.”

“Every item I have ordered was better than expected. If I had questions they were promptly answered. My only complaint is that some items they advertise are out of stock. Other than that, they are awesome!!”

“I bought a Romania PSL that got recalled. I shipped the weapon back, it arrived Monday, credit was supposed to have been issued Tuesday, here we are Friday and I have not been paid back yet. These people are scoundrels. Do business with these people at your own peril.”

“picky old DAV here that still likes to throw some brass now and then and being on a fixed income buying a new shootin iron now n then takes a lil more planning and thats where classicfirearms comes in handy ive bought several from them and plan on more as both price and quality are much more than fair and variey in inventory is pretty much anything you would want and shipping more than reasonable trust me they aint making a dime off of it ,ammo and mags and pretty much anything you want they have,good folks that listen and answer question and ship n deliver fast.”

“I recently bought a FN handgun from Classic Firearms And, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It was reasonably priced and shipped in a timely manner. Although, The handgun was a police turn in. It was as described. I paid for the hand select and In my opinion it was worth it. This beautiful hand gun came it its original case, factory paperwork, three mags and all accessories even the spent test cartridge from the factory. So here’s my Shoutout to Clint and all the guys behind the scenes at Classic Firearms for doing a great job! Thanks, Keith”

“Classic Firearms carries weapons hard to find, and/or at prices hard to beat. They have quick delivery of items purchased. I have purchased weapons, ammo, and accessories at great prices. I also was able to purchase my dream rifle of an M1 Carbine. Even better when the M1 came in stock, I was out of cash, so I was able to use their Rent to Own option to ensure getting my rifle before they sold out again. A quick comment on the Finance option. You may receive a confusing email about mailing the cashiers check or money order and that the weapon may be sold out before the check arrives. This is a standard auto message and dies not apply when using their associate finance option.”

“Terrible customer service, chose their preferred dealer and can not get the purchase, call back or email and Classic firearm customer service only response is we should of chose a different classic firearm dealer. So I guess no worries of who hands the gun will end in as they got their money and no help. Guess this is just another reason to not buy firearms on the internet just buy local.”

“Unethical and out to overcharge...several weeks went by without any care to resolve my complaints. I finally posted a negative Google review. 1 day after this review the Cust Svc Manager contacted me with what amounted to a 10% refund, partially in store credit. Within a couple of weeks I placed and paid another order to test our new resolution and utilize my store credit, along with a credit card. Two weeks later I had not received my order so their Cust Svc dept was contacted to determine when the shipment would arrive. I was told a 3rd party verification team did not release the order and they will not contact me with updates, but i could cancel the order. I emailed the Cust Svc Manager with an inquiry about the issue, indicating my intent to remove the previous review once my order and credit was fulfilled with this order. No reply was received but a day later my credit card was credited, EXCEPT for my previous store credit. They kept that. I called directly again and the Cust Svc Manager informed me my account was flagged and frozen after my first review and they would not do business with me any longer. Bottom line, they did not honor their first resolution, never intended to and punished me for posting a negative review due to lack of communication or care. They attempted to have me remove the review before they honored their promises. Had they completed my next order and honored their promises, the review would have been removed and problem solved. Please avoid this firm...there are many other places to do business.”

“Bought a Beretta Mod 81 with their "Hand Select" ad-on ($20). Received a pistol missing a grip screw and bushing. Customer service credited me $10 and gave me a link to GPC. GPC had screw and no bushing. Finally went to EBay and spent $36.72 to get bushings/screws from Turkey (only sold it packs of four). Suddenly, after I made my views known in social media, Classic announces that they are sending me the replacement parts. Their Customer Service Head calls me and says "he regrets communication mixup". I've done 2k in business with these people. Never again.”

“After a couple days of waiting and a bucket load of patience my SKS arrived as on schedule. The delivery message mentioned the high sales load that gave me a warm fuzzy feeling I did the right thing. I'm very excited about the condition of the order and was more than expected. I have cleaned it, spit shined it and added a cleaning kit and sling, It is now a proud addition to my C&R collection. Thank you again CF for a job well done. So far every thing I have ordered has been ship shape.”

“To Ben and everyone at Classic Firearms, I would like to say thank you for making this rifle available for purchase to the public. I loved watching Ben uncrate the Chinese SKS type 56 rifles. His informative information was right on. Of all my firearm purchases with Classic Firearms, I think this SKS purchase is my favorite one. The extra money for hand select and milled trigger assembly was well worth it.The action on this rifle is like brand new and the trigger pull is crisp. “I’ve very pleased with classic firearms! They was the first online gun purchase place I’ve gone through. They met all my expectations and more the customer service is phenomenal they have a wide variety of surplus guns and new firearms as well. The customer service will answer any questions and concerns that you may have. They will fix anything pretty much any mistakes or malfunctions to their best ability for you. I had to guns one had a bad magazine they shipped it right away to me. Also I received the wrong magazine for one of my guns they apologized and shipped one right away. Their more than happy to help you with anything. I am very pleased with all my purchases and will continue to purchase all my firearms and accessories through classic firearms they go beyond my expectations compared to other gun dealers I have dealt with in the past. I love this place you can’t beat the customer service you really can’t. They’re the most friendliest and courteous people I’ve spoken to on the phone with any issues. I highly recommend this place!! Thanks”

“Personally and recently have purchased several of their barrels for the AR Platform, 223/5.56, 6.5 Grendel and 300 Blackout. all have shot well for me except one, the Grendel, but after hand lapping the barrel got it to a consistent 1-1.5" group @ 100 yds. However....the 10.5" SS 10.5" BO 1/8 twist 300 barrel is getting 1.5" and less @ 100 yds!! Very pleased with that!! Never had any issues with Service or shipping either! :)”
