I'm giving them a one star only because there wasn't anything lower. I have purchased three pistols from them and have not seen them or heard from them in over a month, Ordered 12/02/20. still nothing

I've been emailing them for over a month now.. with no response. Decided to go e it a try today and wala email response ..says will reply within 1 to 2 business days ... Yeah right.. today is 12 29 2020.. waiting

Bought 75 rd drum for ak... Does not work or fit properly piece broken off inside of drum... Called customer service always closed.. I am never able to get in contact with anyone... Bad part is I bought the warranty an cannot get the help or service I need ...

Price gouging company. Good luck trying to contact customer service. They’ll charge for shipping no matter how much they overcharge you. No customer loyalty. I’m spending my money elsewhere.

I wrote a previous review with one star. The Compliance manager saw the review and contacted me immediately. She apologized profusely and fixed everything quickly. She is wonderful and was very professional. My original review stands as far as the customer service department goes. You’ll notice, most of the bad reviews concern the customer service department. However, there are very good people at classic firearms. Finding them is the problem.

I ordered several mags from them in November it’s now December 18 they still haven’t shipped first and last time ordering from this company

I ordered a $7.50 trigger guard for an LR 308 build. They sent me an empty envelope with the packing slip in it. Saying order complete. Contacted the company. They said they wouldn’t send me an empty package and requested pictures of the package. It’s currently under investigation by the same people who shipped me an empty package. They’ll get back to me.

I've purchased several items from Classic Firearms. I've had no issues with any of my purchases. A couple items were delayed in shipping but this is the year of Covid.

Ordered 5.56 ammo from classic firearms which had a delivery date of 17 November 20. In all fairness the ammo shipped out pretty quick. Now, for the interesting part of this. The package was being tracked through fedex (the shipper) with the delivery date of 17 November 20 to my address. As i was tracking the package i noticed it read the package or box was damaged and returned to sender. I notified classic firearms about this and they informed through email due to the fact no one will call you or talk to you. That qualifies as bad cutomer service or cowardly crooks. You can go either way with that i guess. The email stated: "Once our warehouse manager looks over the damage he will determine if the item is able to be reshipped or if you will be getting refunded". The next email stated "I apologize for the delay in getting this resolved and it does appear that you were refunded for the purchase on 11/23 due to the damage being to bad to reship and us being out of stock". How in the world do you damage ammo? Did fedex beat it with a hammer or what? Anyhow they did issue a refund minus $32.06. Why in the world would you keep any of the refund? The product never made it to me, so why not a full refund. Can you imagine the money they are making off of people by scamming these dollars from people. Think about that. They had to resell the ammo somewhere. My credit card company is disputing this for me to get the money back from this crooked company. You can decide for yourself whether to deal with this company or not. I am sure your all adults. I just wanted to warn you of the practices of this company.

I ordered one of their hoodies on oct 30th 2020. Everytime i checked the same message " your item is next in line to be shipped, we will not send any updates until it ships" was there. Well within the last week I have ordered handguns, mags, and plates/carriers and have recieved them all as of today. I will be canceling my order with classic firearms tomorrow. I should have read the poor reviews prior to any purchase from them. They are horrendous. I'm fortunate I didn't make a large purchase. I would not recommend them after my experience, and reading other reviews.

Sent me the wrong item, correct gun but not as advertised, had trouble working with person I talked to, he was very vague and did not know the return details, I will never deal with them again, and you should also beware, oh yea they also changed my review they asked for in favor of them, didn't use any of my words

Bought a police trade in Glock last spring. Did not pay for hand select and arrived 3 days later in like new condition. Bought a mosin listed as fair condition last summer paid for hand select and came in 3 days later in fair condition. I've had a lot of fun cleaning it, shooting it and working on it. Last month I bought 200 rounds of 00 buckshot for a mere $169 and was thrilled when it arrived 3 days later. Last week I bought an astra revolver and received a email that there would be the delay that they always warn of so we will see what happens.

Hopefully the reviews aren't as bad as they say they are. I ordered from them and I hope that the status isn't "waiting to be picked" like some other review had said. If my experience is as bad as the rest of the customers from Classic Firearms. I won't do business with this company again. I also would suggest the person reading this don't do business either. If it's good I'll write a good review.

I bought 4 items and just one of them is in a good condition! Bad items: 1. AK-47 Yugo R72B1 RPK - Style rifle with cracked receiver furniture, deformed front aiming sight and missing cleaning rod! 2. AK-47 100 rounds drum magazine made in South Korea with not working release spring, jamming almost all rounds, so I need to open cover clips to get round out the magazine neck! 3. AK-47 75 rounds drum magazine with not working spring ratchet or spring tension holder with a deformed follower section as result of that defect. I asked for a prepaid labels to send back those 2 drums! I paid very high rated shipping fee to get my items in excellent condition, but I got a junk! Why I have to be punished as a customer for a bad items Classic firearms sent to me? Where is Classic firearms responsibility for a bad products they send. I need a full refund without any 15% restocking fee, no 3 % credit transfer fee! It's a Classic firearms falt, so I have to get prepaid labels! Classic firearms doesn't want to send a missing cleaning rod for the rifle I bought or at least some cleaning kit for it! My conclusion: Classic firearms is a scam company without any responsibility for a bad products. Classic firearms steals customers money and sends a junk. As a blogger I am going to warn all community from buying their products and show them all junk I got for my money . I'm also going to inform FBI about that company as a criminal company! I never thought Classic firearms company practices so dirty business methods! This is a real crime to rubber people by 15 % restocking fee, 3% credit card transfer, shipping fee for junk distribution!

My order was placed 18 October. Today is 2 Nov and my order still hasn't been shipped. So much for 5 to 10 days. Once again, no customer service contact possible. Don't answer emails, get recording "you are caller 20" when calling tech support. Date today is 2 Nov, time is 17:05. Called again today at 16:30 and received a message that they were closed.

Ordered ammo on the 18th of October. Still haven't shipped and cant get through to customer service via email or phone. All I want is assurance they have the ammo on hand and are going to ship my order, but no commo with them can be effected. They calm they will ship in 5 to 10 days, that isn't the truth. Hoping to get my ammo or a refund, we will see.

I've ordered a variety of parts and ammunition over the past year, and despite the various hardships the wholw country has endured, 'Classic Firearms' has filled and shipped orders quickly and accurately. Their communication was excellent, even advising of a likely delay when there wasn't one. A return several months ago was a breeze, customer service is excellent.

Got a 30rd sks metal magazine alltogether bout 30$ it is the worst product ive ever ordered online the bullets hang up in it the spring gets stuck doesnt work none whatsoever and the piece that holds the clip in fell off
