“FedEx delivered to wrong address. Won't tell me where. FedEx and Classic Firearms refused to reimburse me over $500. MY FAULT?????”

“I read many of the reviews indicating delays in shipping. I purchased a handgun and my FFL dealer had it in (3) three working days excluding the weekend. My first experience with the company and will do business again.”

“I have bought 5 guns from this supplier in the past year once they had to cancel my order because it turned out they didn't have the gun I ordered they gave me a prompt refund I always received everything else with no problem covid slowed the process and they were recently moving to a new location but now they are in their new facility and with the covid issue easing up all is great I ordered a 9 mm carbine semi auto rifle and an extra 20 round magazine I got the magazine in 4days and the rifle in 6 and everything is of very good guality I see alot of negative reviews all I can say is outside of a wait of about 3weeks during the covid mess and their move to a new location it has all been fine I bought the first gun March of 20 5 day wait my most recent April 30 21 it took 6 days to arrive they've always been sguare with me and haven't cheated me out of one red cent and now shipping times are very short I will continue to order from this company”

“If I could go less than 1 star I would. Customer service is poor I was hung up with out being rude they just don’t want to answer any questions on shipping that is the main problem they can’t seem to get a order out in a timely fashion so it makes me wonder if the order I made is even in there inventory. Do not purchase anything from the people they are a joke and are not a reputable company in my option from what I’ve dealt with them on.”

“Ordered 1891 carcano carbine paid 30 bucks for hand pick, sent me one with 4 inch piece of stock missing next to bent bayonet, crack behind bolt, large deep gouged in stock. Very upset. David Brooks”

“Today 23 April 2021... Classic Firearms has an IWI Tavor x95 on their daily deals for $2299.99.... The MSRP is $2049.00... No one actually charges the MSRP but to charge $250 over MSRP is criminal... These are some price gouging fools.”

“4/9/21 recieved one if their many thousands of obnoxious sales texts saying ammo was in stock. Ordered the $600 pack they offered immediately. 4/19/21 after 10 days, finally recieve shipping label email. 4/19/21 hours later recieve refund notification with no explanation. 4/21/21 I sent email asking for some kind of explanation why the keep sending sales solicitations amd no thought to customers waiting or stock. 4/23/21 still no reply, no explanation and not one F given to customer...ex-customer that is. I was warned by almost every firesrm forum and review site to avoid Classic Firearms like it's the plague and I guess I should have listened.... Very unprofessional.”

“Wow, to good to be true. I should of read the reviews. I ordered $200 of ammo that you guys said that you had in stock. Now I get an email saying that you are behind and be to patient. Well, I would say that's a bait-and-switch move. I see you are doing this to most of your customers and me by there reviews. Maybe the Feds should shut you guys for fraud and scamming people. Will be call my cc company tomorrow. No sweat off my back.”

“Cant believe u shipped a carcano to me in this shape with me paying the upgrade . Wherever there is metal there is rust . the stock is also attrocious . Its a hunk of junk. Was going to order several but luckily i didnt . And after all the THOUSANDS ive spent with your company and u treat me like this by sending me a rusted firearm ? I wont even fire it . Thanks for nothing classic ..”

“I ordered 2 firearms on Friday evening. They arrived at my preapproved FFL on Wednesday, less than 5 days later. Easy gun buying process, great selection, extremely fast delivery. I was concerned after reading other reviews, but they have definitely earned my business. Easy 5 star rating!”

“This is not a company to deal with unless you are desperate. I was charged $10 on a returned item that cost $50. The product being a 50 round drum magazine that would not cycle without jamming. So basically I was sold a defective item. I tried new and reload ammo with the same results. The woman on the phone tried to tell me I had to deal with the manufacturer. When I called her on it, she later came back and said I could return it for a refund. So this seller is going to profit off of defective/inferior items. I've never dealt with a company that keeps some of your money for a bad product. Don't buy from a seller that doesn't have a quick link to their return policy.”

“poor communication 45 days + to get what I ordered, had to open dispute with bank because of lack of communication, and then when they countered the bank they gave false order shipping and delivery dates to try and turn the fault on me. Never again!!!”

“After seeing these reviews just like you I wanted to test them out. I bought a $700 shotgun on Feb 18 2021. After placing my order I called about it. Nice lady I talked to said the reason for all the slow orders being filled is because they are moving I to a new facility. As I am one with patience I was looking forward to a long wait but low and behold I got my gun Mar 3 2021. Alot of these reviews are from people who order from Amazon and expect it the next day. I will most definitely buy another gun from CF.”
