“Ordered lower that was said in stock. Waited 4 weeks and still showing waiting to get picked. Phone hangs up on you and customer service sends emails saying nothing is wrong with order.”

“ordered a Bear Creek Arsenal barrel. it arrived in a damaged package and there were scuffs on the finish. When I asked for a return the sent me to Bear Creek, who had EXCELLENT service. However, this is where I discovered I paid more to order it from Classic Firearms than direct from Bear Creek direct. Fast forward 18 months and forgetting the bad experience I had, i ordered magazines for my sidearm. They were shown as in stock. The next morning I received an email that they were on extended back order. I submitted a request for a refund and it took them 2 months to credit my card. I would run, not walk, in the opposite direction of this company. There are way better options out there.”

“No response to questions regarding lost shipment of firearms. Customer ordered, received delivery notification, but not guns. As courtesy, I called, emailed and sent web contact... Technically, dealer was never notified of order and has no shipping info. Not "Boo" from Classic. Provided Cust name and contact info.... a Classic Robot asked Customer name and phone info.... Food firearms, fair prices... don't trust them.”

“Purchased k98 refurbished rifle. They claimed the bore had been cleaned. This bore hadnt seen a cleaning in many years. I posted a review with Classic and they decided not to post it. This makes all their reviews suspect to being manipulated by them. Dont believe the reviews and what they say about the firearms.”

“Do not use their advertised credit buying option. You will pay twice what the advertised price of the item. The finacing institution they use is called Monterey financial. They are a high interest high penalty financier. If you finance through them you will pay twice the advertised price no matter how fast you try to pay it off because this is a not a credit transaction, you are buying a service at 2x the cost of the items.”
