“Pretty bad It took months to be with clean choice in the meantime you charge me more then when I first try And I am still not sure if I am with clean choice since I got a bill from Arcadia”

“Clean choice is RESPONSIVE. I joined a year and a half ago. Their rate was 22 cents kwh. Last march they suddenly charged me 24 cents. I protested; they immediately apologized and reduced my rate to 14 cents for a year. Good on them”

“So far Clean Choice Energy has been everything I hoped it would be. Very reliable rates per KWH, timely billing and seem less transition from previous electric company. Would recommend CCE to anyone.”

“By joining Clean Choice Energy, I feel I am at least doing something to help our environment. When electricity is produced using only coal, a fossil fuel, then the environment suffers. Fossil fuels are really bad for our environment, both health wise and climate change. I have not found my electric bills to be any higher.”

“Very Poor Service !!! Never received a Confirmation Email after Signing Up - Had to call several times and always got a different answer concerning my Start Date ... Finally talked with a Supervisor that promised me for my troubles a 50 dollar amazon card Which Never Came - you guys are a Joke !!!”

“Sign up and the billing works seamlessly through Con Ed. Keep an eye out for the renewal contract coming in the mail every year, but you are best off doing the actual renewal by telephone. I let it expire once and, although they remained my supplier, the rate went up, so I telephoned and set up a new contract. In other words, it's not quite Set it up and forget about it, but almost. And then be glad that you're encouraging clean-energy production--though of course you still need to conserve!”
