Unfortunately the wrong containers were sent and three hours late They were take back and replaced with the correct ones three days later

Price was excellent and clear timeline provided to manufacture 30FT HQ from a 40FT HQ. I had to chase delivery twice which waas delayed by 1 week. I then asked for a furterh delay for 4 days so that I was available for the delivery. I provided details of location for container and issue with 10T limit bridge to Sales Manager but this was not passed onto Cleveland Operations team. This meant I had to call again and resend information which was fortunate as otherwise transport would have taken the incorrect route and got trapped in village centre. Several calls to Allen transport directly on the day to sort access and delivery time etc. The driver / operator from Allen's was excellent and quickly unloaded the container (after having to turn the container 180 degrees in restricted space)

Service was brilliant and containers were priced well, however I was assured that both containers will be the same and they weren’t. They were very accommodating with my timescales also. They are also more battered than I’d hoped for, but they are at least wind and water right and were a few hundred quid cheaper than other companies who had quoted. They’ll do the job for now. I’d use this company again, but if I had more time to wait I’d have insisted they delivered as they promised.

Due the nature of our used container stock, we hold a wide variety of units in different colours and conditions, and cannot always guarantee that those purchased in groups will be matching. Delivery, price and communications were great. However you let yourselves down by not ensuring the interior and exterior of the containers were clean and ready for use.

The container was in ok condition - wha6t we expected. Delivery time was rather longer than we expected. The delivery driver arrived on time.

Transport declined to give a time slot of say 2 hours which was unfortunate given the site is not manned. The padlock purchased was not sent. The sub contractor delivery was excellent. What is their name and contact details please in case we need to move them?

Hi Andy, Thank you for leaving us a review. Regarding delivery times, we work with third-party hauliers to transport our containers to customers, and they can only provide us with AM or PM delivery slots which we provide the working day prior. We are unable to confirm exact delivery times. Customers can pay an additional cost if an exact time is critical. We send padlocks out separately and as soon as we have a confirmed delivery address, as these can often differ from the location of the container. Once this was provided it was immediately sent out by the admin team and delivered on Monday 20th June, as seen on our DHL account. Kind regards, Cleveland Containers

All good apart from 2 days before delivery I was asked to pay additional delivery charge? When I had paid in full including delivery 2 months prior!? Also container leaked after 1 day and am now waiting for it to be repaired

Hi Mike and Neil, Thank you for leaving us a review. We are sorry about the leak in your container as we guarantee our units to be wind and watertight so this is unacceptable. Our operations team have organised for a welder to attend your site this week to resolve this. Regarding the additional delivery charge, we work with third-party hauliers to transport our containers, and the haulier responsible for the delivery of your container had increased the transport price after the original booking. have got to mend a leak on one of them . Also i asked about age and you told me 8 to 15 years old ,one is 2001 and i think the other one was 2005 . Keith Towers (joniroke)

Hi Tommy, We’re sorry that your container was unable to be placed in its ideal location. Due to the delivery taking place during a storm, for health and safety reasons, the haulier needed to place it in an alternate location to prevent the container from making contact with other structures. Order process was seemless, comunnication could have been better. Delivery date was to the wire, we only knew the day before that our container was being shipped! Container itself was exactly what we wanted, with the new door and window where we wanted Delivery driver was great, highly skilled and nothing was to much trouble, postioned the conatiner within mm of where we needed it to be first time in a very tight space.

Happy with our 40ft high cube, some repairs have clearly been made to it and for the cost we were hoping for one in a slightly better condition. That said the staff were very helpful and delivery was professionally carried out.

These containers are still structurally sound and weatherproof, however due to their age and previous use these containers will show signs of wear and tear, some more significantly than others. The salesman Lewis was good to deal with and the sales process was fine. However, I must admit that I wasn't very impressed with the containers when they arrived. They were supposed to be one-trip containers but didn't look like it due to a considerable amount of damage, rust, dents and scratched paint. They are serviceable but not very pretty!

Hi Phil, Thank you for your review and for sending through those pictures. Our new containers are described as new (one trip) as they have been used for one journey from being manufactured, usually to transport goods. Therefore, the container may have minor scrapes and transport marks, due to being on a ship for several weeks and handled during loading and unloading. It would be extremely rare for us to receive a one trip container with zero marks, dents, and scrapes, especially on the corner posts. These units will have minor scuffs and minimal damage, as seen in the pictures you have provided, therefore the condition of your container is what we would expect to see on one trip units. Service and deliver was excellent but not impressed with the container for nearly £3000. Must be easily 10 years old given the rust and condition. Certainly not the yellow container picture I was sent. Why send a picture if it's not the one you were planning to deliver. I know what a container looks like ..Ive hired dozens of them! Disappointed.

Hi Nathan, Thank you for leaving us a review. The container image you mention was sent on a spec sheet that we send to all customers requesting a quote for 20ft used container. We have spec sheets for all our sizes and types of containers which feature example images of the requested unit. The condition of our used units can vary as they are usually 10-15 years old and have spent a lifetime being shipped internationally. Delivery time and condition of containers good. Was surprised when the two drivers were shouting and swearing at each other in front of myself. Thought they were going to get in a fight with each other.

Container was delivered on the agreed date, did try to deliver before we were ready, but corrected it to the agreed date without too much trouble. Additional locking bar was missing and took several attempts before one was dispatched which we now have to fit ourselves.

We order these from a third party supplier, and despite us ordering this ASAP, there was a delay on their side which unfortunately postponed the delivery of your product. Our flat pack containers are to be assembled by the customers themselves so any additional extras are to also be fitted by the customer, therefore the fitting of the locking bar is something you would have to organise or complete yourself. There was no problem with the ordering and paying of the container. I sent pictures of the field and entrance point. Measurements of the entry gate etc but the lorry could not get into the field. Mats had been laid to protect the grass these were not used. The turn was too tight. The container is placed in a car park until the gala committee can decide the next steps.
