clicktransfers.com is a leading online Transfer booking service which provides Airport Transfers, Airport to resort / hotel shuttles, Private Transfers, Holiday Taxis, etc for customers travelling across the World. Transfers by either private taxi, minibus or coach from the airport to your accommodation. These services are available as a single journey or as a return journey. A single journey is either direct from the airport to your accommodation OR direct from your accommodation to the airport. A return journey is both single journeys combined.
Our aim is to provide high quality airport transfer services whether you are going on holiday or travelling for business, making the whole process simple from the initial booking through to your inbound pick-up. Then you can relax ... or at least worry about other things!

Rang to confirm my transfer on my return journey with the number provided on my documents to be told that they don't deal with click transfers anymore. Provided eventually after much begging with another number who would be able to help. After many attempts I finally spoke to someone who advised me that a local taxi company near to where I was staying in Tenerife would call me back. No call back rang most of the next day couldn't get through to anyone. No private transfer that I had paid for turned up so as a result had to pay for a taxi to the airport myself.

they had not paid the local agent, had already taken my money, I was refused a transfer and had to pay 60 euros for taxis. Was told this " Company " has gone bust.

The local contact had stopped dealing with this company and so would offer me no help. I called the english numbers but they didn't even connect. Basically, clicktransfers took my money but left me without a transfer and without anyone to contact. Luckily the local bus service was excellent.

Company has gone bust. Paid my money and then found out thst their agent in Gran Canaria haven't been paid in over a year so had to pay for transfer again. Absolutely disgusting

ClickTransfer took our money, made an agreement with us and failed to make the transfer arrangements both to and from the hotel. Unbelievable I will never use them again. No contact with Clicktransfer and they have ignored all calls and emails and refused to refund. DO NOT USE CLICKTRANSFER OR PHILEAS FOGG TRAVEL

we rang the local handling company to arrange our return pick up only to be told that Click transfer had not paid them and would not pick us up. I tried phoning several numbers and spent half my last day to find just answer phones. I emailed the address on 11/08/16 at 11.08 and got a standard message telling me that you would be in touch in the next couple of days. we were effectively stranded with 3 children. I use your company a lot and this is very disappointing as it cost me an extra 100 euros to get us to the airport and this is the only reply email I have received. I look forward to your response and compensation.

We recently purchased return transfers and failed to have the service due to click transfer not paying the contracted taxi service.

Clicktransfers arranged the pick up from the airport to our hotel, but the day before we were due to return home, the hotel rang the local agent to confirm the pick up from the hotel to airport only to be informed that Clicktransfers had not paid the outstanding bill and they would not be transferring us to the airport. I tried to contact Clicktransfers from our resort but there was no reply. we had to pay another taxi firm to take us to the airport. I have tried to ring/email upon my return but they do not respond to the e mails and the phone line is discontinued. they then have the audacity to ask me to review their service. DO NOT USE, they left my family and another family at the airport without transport and we had to pay twice for the journey

Outbound journey, waited over an hour for the transfer. Return journey, collection point was stated, turned up early, waited over an hour and nothing. Ended up getting the public bus to the airport!

Re booking ref C100149. We arrived at the transfer desk to be told that although we had paid Click Transfers they hadn't paid the transfer company so we had to go in a taxi costing over 100 euros. I have emailed you twice & not had a response. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY, WE HAVE HEARD SO MANY BAD STORIES ABOUT THEM NOW. DO NOT USE.

phone local transfer company and they said that they have not been paid so were not coming to pick me and my family up so had to get taxi extra fifty euros not happy would not use clicktransfers again and will tell friends and family not to use them. will be informing my solicitor

Were told by the transport provider at Tenerife South that they were unwilling to provide the transfer as Click Transfers have not paid their bill. Spent countless hours trying to contact Click Transfers but they have an automated phone and an email automated box that no one replies to. As a result we had to shell out 35 euros to book our own taxi. If you book anything with them be warned, we have been back for a week now and they do not reply to any correspondence. I would expect that this situation will come to a head at some stage as the number of people chasing them increases (other reviews show that this is not an isolated incident).

Out going transfer to hotel had changed to a new provider I only knew when i arrived at Faro Airport so could not get any emails for the voucher they said they had sent,but this was not sent and the new carrier didn't know anything about my fare. So an hour spent in blistering heat trying to sort it out. Return transfer never turned up so had to pay for another one and still not had money back from Click. Absolute cowboy outfit that take peoples money and don't deliver the service. Un- Contactable on any numbers. DO NOT USE. OH and Click I Want My Money Back........

Same as what happened to previous customer. We were met in Kos to be told the driver wouldn't take us due to non payment from Click Transfer. We had to make our way to our hotel by taxi at a cost of 38 euros. Then we had to make several calls from Kos about our returns - eventually it was sorted. Since being back they asked us to email a copy of the receipt for taxi fare to be refunded which we did. Now cannot contact them at all - just and answer machine and wont answer emails. Still awaiting response 5 weeks later...

The taxi we arranged with you did not pick us up at the airport in Turkey.We had to book another taxi ourselves and arrange our own transfer back. Disgraceful!

No one at the airport to meet us, after investigation we found that Click transfer had not paid the transfer company, we had to make our way to our hotel by taxi at a cost of 40 euro, I have emailed the company 4 times since we have been here to find out about a refund & our return pickup but have had no response. AVOID this company.

We booked a private transfer from Corfu airport to Sidari and paid £90.00. When we got there the desk we got told to go to didn't exist. We phoned the local provider who said they knew nothing about our booking. We had to pay out another 60 euros for a shuttle. Click transfers are not answering any calls or e-mails.

I would rather walk than use Click Transfers again...and that is what we almost had to do you left us with no return transfer ...Please people don't use this company ever.
