clicktransfers.com is a leading online Transfer booking service which provides Airport Transfers, Airport to resort / hotel shuttles, Private Transfers, Holiday Taxis, etc for customers travelling across the World. Transfers by either private taxi, minibus or coach from the airport to your accommodation. These services are available as a single journey or as a return journey. A single journey is either direct from the airport to your accommodation OR direct from your accommodation to the airport. A return journey is both single journeys combined.
Our aim is to provide high quality airport transfer services whether you are going on holiday or travelling for business, making the whole process simple from the initial booking through to your inbound pick-up. Then you can relax ... or at least worry about other things!

Booked with them in advance for our holiday and unfortunately our hotel was cancelled 4 days before our holiday at no fault of our own. We had to re booked another hotel that was only 10 minutes from the airport (instead of the original 1 hour journey) We contacted Clicktranfers straight away to inform them of the situation and could they help us with a part refund or change of address. The websites states you must inform them 3 days before if change of address, which we did! The company refused to give us a part refund which I can unstand however they did not agree to take us to our new location which was only a 10 minute journey. We paid £150 for our orginal journey and then had to pay for another taxi to our new hotel. Very very disappointed and will not be using again!

Well what can I say apart from absolutely dreadful service. We were not picked up at Faro airport at 12am on Monday 20th June and had to take a taxi which cost €65.00, we were told to send over the receipt and we would get reimbursed for this cost. I have sent several emails to Click Transfers which have gone unanswered, very unprofessional company to deal with. Avoid booking with Click Transfers at all costs!!!!

Bloody Cheek even asking for a review. You have stopped trading in Lanzarote and nobody as seen hide or hare of you. We had no advance warning so had to make our own arrangements. So in short you did not honour the contract between us.

No payments had been made to the agents at Las Palmas for a number of months. Therefore they refused to provide transportation as per my booking. Was left high and dry and needed to pay for a taxi to get to resort. Had to make a new booking with Hoppa for the return journey whilst on resort. Disappointing and now £120 worse off. No response yet either from my complaint. Poor show.

We booked our transfers roughly 6 weeks prior to our trip. When we arrived at fuerteventura airport there was no one there to collect us. We were handed a slip of paper which informed us that no one will be picking us up (so obviously not a one off incident) no further information was given so we had to arrange our own onwards travel and pay again. We have tried to contact click transfers by telephone and email but with no response. Which we are not surprised about. Obviously a scam. BEWARE DO NOT USE!!!

Arrived in greece to be told no transfer get cab so rude, asked for explanation told not dealing with that company anymore, for return the owner of our acc. phoned to be given different number then was told we had taxi picking us up. On return i emailed them they apologised and said they will refund €35, heard nothing since, i have emailed ang phoned no answer, wont use again

I booked a transfer three days ago; the payment was immediately taken, but I've received no booking confirmation and get an error report when I log in on the website. No reply yet to THREE emails. Have they gone bust? AVOID AVOID AVOID ! ! !

I received a phone call today from the taxi firm in Italy who Clicktransfers advised were picking me up , to advised that no taxi would be waiting at the airport, as his company has not been paid by Clicktransfers for sometime and he is owned a lot of money. He advised this has happened before and he will no longer ever deal with them! I am now arranging a refund through my credit card company!

Flew out to Majorca on 31/3/2016 due to French air traffic control our flight was delayed. I phoned click transfer whilst still at airport to tell them, was assured by them that they would convey message to transfer company. We arrived 2 hours late no transfer waiting. I phoned emergency number as advised guy in broken English said no one told him we were going to be late so get a taxi cos not coming. Emailed click when I got home they said it wasn't their fault nothing they can do. So paid £55 for private transfer and another 43 Euro for taxi. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Do NOTuse this company. They failed to pick us up at airport 04.03.16. When we rang them to ask where our pick up we were told the pick up shuttle did not exist anymore. They knew this before we flew out and failed to inform us. We had to pay out for taxi's on top of our transfer costs and Click Transfers will not compensate us although it was THEIR fault as they knew beforehand there would be no airport transfer to meet us. Click Transfers are an UNRELIABLE comany with NIL customer service.

I booked a private transfer to meet me at the airport, but when I got there nobody was there to meet me. I had to call the emergency number, which was not cheap and wait nearly an hour to be picked up. I could have just got a shuttle in less time. Customer services were not interested when I complained. Won't be using this terrible service again.

Pick up was great, no issues, driver was there waiting for us. On the way home, the same driver that had picked us up decided to drop us off at the wrong terminal. We only realised once we were in the Terminal 3 and not Terminal 1. Taxi’s are not allowed to pick up passengers from departures without police authorisation. I spoke to an officer and explained what had happened and he told a taxi to take us to Terminal 1 which was 2-3 mins drive from where we were. I emailed ClickTransfers as soon as I got home; they emailed the supplier to ask for an explanation and a week later no response from the supplier in Dubai. I was refunded the additional expense of £6 that I paid for the Taxi Terminal 1 when what I really wanted was an answer as to why the same driver that picked us up from Terminal 1 decided to drop us off to Terminal 3. Fortunately we had left plenty of time to check-in but it was a hassle we could have done without. This was the first time I had used this service and I will not be using it again.

We had booked return taxi transfers with Click Transfers from & to Antalya airport in Turkey due wanting no fuss travel, but we ended up getting the most difficult transfers ever. On arrival at Antalya airport at approx. 00:15 on the 12th July there was no one with an Oxygen travel board as stated there would be. We went to all the desks asking for help to be sent back to arrivals to look for a resort hopper board. We were then sent to desk 26 who made a phone call and told us we should be at desk 19 but they had gone home. We then went back to resort hopper who then told us to stand with this large group of people with no explanation. All the coach transfers had gone by this point. We were then shuttled to another area and gradually we all had to wait for a taxi to arrive where a man would family by family put us into a taxi. The taxi did not have a middle seatbelt for my son & the driver just kept banging his dash angrily all the way to the hotel as the petrol gauge did not work. He was overtaking cars at junctions when the lights were on red leaving us sticking out in the road. When we finally arrived we realised with all the commotion we had only 2 of our 3 suitcases. I then had to get a translator to ring the airport and then get back to the airport for our suitcase & returned finally to the hotel at approximately 6am. For the return transfer we were requested to ring a number to confirm the pick up time. The day before departure I tried for two hours solidly and then on & off all day. I contacted clicktranfers to try and help arrange a time who stated they would ring me when they got a time. It was 40 degrees and I could not even go in the pool all day in fear of missing the call. They never rang back so at approximately 5pm English time I contacted them again to be told that it is not their job to arrange this but mine and that they had spoke to the agent & I had not confirmed my return and that the phone line was clear now & I should ring them again. I think that it is totally unsatisfactory that they should be stating that I had not called the office when their phone lines have been dead for most of the day. This had totally ruined this day of the holiday for us. I paid for my transfers directly with clicktransfers and so would assume that they would deal with problems such as these, especially after stating that morning that they would. We booked a taxi rather than a shuttle to make our lives easier, particularly as I have an autistic son who finds it hard queuing and waiting around. The service we had received has been diabolical. We go abroad on many occasions and this has been the worse experience ever.
