“I bought this tectonic9 grinder from these guys and it was a great purchase, some time later the motor went out and I reached out to see if they had any solutions and they went above and beyond to help me out and immediately sent me out a replacement unit!! I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Cloudious9, other companies could and should learn from watching you. Thanks for doing business as it should be done.”

“Wow, this company is awesome! Not only are their products top shelf, but their customer service is what really makes them shine. I had some questions and I also needed a spare part but it was out of stock for a while. They answered all of my questions and told me they just got the part in and that they would be sending it to me at no cost for the wait. Who does this today? Right there I decided that between the product quality and the customer service there was no reason to look elsewhere for my Vape needs.”

“I just received my Cloudious 9NX, everything seems to be rather high quality BUT I’m not happy with the magnetic charger, it doesn’t seem to want to stay on very well, like it needs stronger magnets or something, wish you had a different charger!! I haven’t used the unit yet so I don’t have any other reviews!!”

“They’re very generous and kind and they accommodate their customers very well. If somethings wrong with the product, they always accommodate and help their customers and that’s what makes them a great business. We need more people like them around. I wish businesses would learn from them. That is what kindness truly is and that’s what I like in a business, a business that cares about its customers is a business worth everything. The product is definitely worth the money even though it’s a little expensive but that’s OK. Built to last wonderful product. Thank you for everything you guys did for me. That was awesome that you accommodated me too they’re very generous people , buying from them is definitely worth the money it’s worth every penny I would highly recommend this company and their products thank God for you guys”
