“I just received my Cloudious 9NX, everything seems to be rather high quality BUT I’m not happy with the magnetic charger, it doesn’t seem to want to stay on very well, like it needs stronger magnets or something, wish you had a different charger!! I haven’t used the unit yet so I don’t have any other reviews!!”

“They’re very generous and kind and they accommodate their customers very well. If somethings wrong with the product, they always accommodate and help their customers and that’s what makes them a great business. We need more people like them around. I wish businesses would learn from them. That is what kindness truly is and that’s what I like in a business, a business that cares about its customers is a business worth everything. The product is definitely worth the money even though it’s a little expensive but that’s OK. Built to last wonderful product. Thank you for everything you guys did for me. That was awesome that you accommodated me too they’re very generous people , buying from them is definitely worth the money it’s worth every penny I would highly recommend this company and their products thank God for you guys”

“Badass company. Best grinder in the industry. Love the dry herb pen too. Reached out for questions about a minor issue I was having with it and I got sent a replacement instantly. They also responded faster than 1 hour. Cloudious9 is a no nonsense top tier smoke brand that you are going to start seeing ALOT more of very soon.”
