“Got my concentrate cartridge but I didn't receive my flower cartridge”

“The product get's clogged over and over. I purchased it with the hopes it would help me w my Arthritis, It's proven to do the opposite. If it dispensed properly, I would have kept it. Hopefully my Buddy enjoy's it.*Gifted him as he had a grinder w broken teeth, so it came in handy ultimately, but not to me unfortunately) I will say that i l have enjoyed your Hydrology vape for the past few years, Great product.”

“The purchase experience was disappointing. After reading a review, we agreed the Cloudious 9 is a unique and wonderfully engineered product. When I went to the website, it said the product was out-of-stock and that an updated model -- no details provided -- would be soon available. I signed up to be notified when the new model arrived. Fast forward several weeks. No message from the company, but I checked the website again. Lo and behold, the original model is indeed in stock AND the new model has also arrived. It appears the new model can also use concentrate so we figure it's not for us. We order the old model. It arrives. The comprehensive seeming owner's manual proves useless. After charging, we can't turn the thing on. After watching several YouTube videos and calling customer service, we finally get it to work. The rep, very knowledgeable and supportive, tells us the new model is easier to use, based on customer feedback. I tell him we don't use concentrate. He tells us we don't need to get the concentrate chamber and can just get the flower unit. I check the website. Lo and behold, there are TWO versions of the new model, which required reading the small print to figure out. Arghhh! In all fairness, now that we've got our Cloudious9 working, we like it a lot. The smoothest smoke ever. But holy cow!!”

“Had issues completing the order, website would not work, had issues with being able to message on the website when my order arrived and the unit was not functioning correctly. Unable to send back at this point because it has been used. Not happy with my order.”

“Bought the 3 pack bundle, the hydrology9 can't even get it to bubble, and there's also an air gap in the mouth piece I believe. Havent used the other two devices but my hopes have been drastically lowered.”

“The website took about 10 tries to actually check out successfully and once my order was finally accepted I was not given a tracking number. The site advertised free 2-3 day shipping but it has now been a week with no progress.”

“The tracking said my purchase was delivered but it says was a PO Box in Hayward CA which appears to be where you are located. To date I have not received my product I purchased from you. Pls complete my purchase”

“Bought new glass and for one, the glass type I wanted was out of stock and soon paid more for the one I didn't want then 48hrs after I got it, the glass cracked again from the smallest tap, the cloudious hydrology 9 is a amazing product, but without stronger or ballistic glass it's useless”

“Used on cannabis. Visually really attractive. Great design. Very cool. Control button works erratically and sometimes needs multiple pushes and then you are not sure where you are. I would have said it was faulty but my friends one behaves the same way. You have to lean over it and hold it vertical to use (which partially compresses your diaphragm) when using with recommended water level or some water sloshes into you mouth when inhaling. I knew it would give a cooler smoke with less irritation but did not anticipate it would take away as much taste. Plan to experiment with minimal water level so I can smoke with it at an angle. Expected better.”
