Experiencing leakage with glass add-on and water sucking up through mouthpiece. Unsanitary for sharing

I had great hopes for the Cloudious but I must admit that I am disappointed with my purchase. I wish I could return it. It produces weaker vapor than the Mighty I have and the battery life is poor. However, the stirrer is brilliant. Can I return my Cloudious?

I would have loved to give it a great score however my unit came with a silicone ring torn so water leaked in my unit out the box. If not for that probably a 5 out of 5

Only giving it poor because the website says nothing about not delivering to a P.O. Box and now I may have to wait till after July 4th to receive my package because ups had to contact me for a new address. So just be aware if you buy this item do not use a P.O. Box.

I don't know if my order made on 4/19 has shipped or not, had 2 shipping conformations if I track it all I get is a shipping label has been made. Sucks, I've wanted to get one so I splurged for my birthday and it didn't happen. Oh well I'm sure I'll enjoy it someday!

I purchased the Cloudious9 with hopes of reviewing it on my YouTube channel. My hired model was there when it arrived. It looked perfect, we charged it up and about 20 minutes it went to green. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work. We called the company and they asked us to charge for 3’hours. Then it will work. 3 hours of charging did nothing but waste time. When I spoke to the representative he had sent me an email to initiate a RMA (return). I sent the info on Thursday and spoke to another rep who assured me the replacement would go out either Thursday or Friday. Monday still no email, called original rep. He explained he would email the tracking number within 45 mins, a couple hours ago. I want to write another review once I actually get a working Cloudious 9

One of the seals came torn, so it leaked everywhere.

Packaging is excellent. The hydrology 9 is very aesthetically pleasing and seems to be well built out of the package. It is on the heavy side. I was very impressed opening up everything and pulling out each of its contents, everything that I could think of is included which is nice. After unboxing everything I did find after pulling off the thick glass mouthpiece on the top of the device that the bottom of the glass mouthpiece was slightly chipped and small pieces of glass had collected inside of the chamber. Also, the most important thing is the performance of the hydrology 9 itself and that is where it is lacking. I found that the airflow is rather restricting. I was also very disappointed in the quality of vapor as well, I do not see much of a difference in the quality of vapor pulled from the hydrology 9 vs my other dry herb vaporizers. I was very excited about the water filtration but it just doesn't seem to do anything in my opinion. And lastly, it may just be my particular device but, the glass chamber that holds the water leeks a little bit around the bottom seal. The manual that came with the hydrology 9 stated that is simply needed to be tightened a little more to prevent the leakage, but that did not fix mine. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with the functionality and performance of the hydrology 9 considering how much I paid for it. I honestly just wish I could return it for a full refund because in my opinion it's just not worth the money.

The direction book is oversimplified. Myself, I prefer a nice long book to read explaining the theorem behind the machine and why I've made an ingenious choice. The overall aesthetic is fine and I'm really excited to try this piece but it has been a no go thus far. I still require additional support, I don't see any response in my email yet but they sent me a survey and some bag of replacement seals that well, I don't know where they go, it's not the one I need. Maybe they sent me the replacement seals for a different model. PLEASE REFER TO SUPPORT I don't really think it was my fault, the guy at down in the valley Golden Valley needs to SMOKE MORE he says he's never cleaned his pipe apart that much before. Well, did you read the instruction book? With Storz & Bickel it says you need a course in the product before you know how to use it. Read all the instructions first. Makes sense to me. And there are a lot more instructions. The first thing I did was read the book, look at each item as the term is defined in the lexicon. I was naturally, a bit sceptical about a water containing vape. I have the Randys chill which even had a longer instruction book and it was easier to use but overall less satisfying than the cloudious due to small size and concentrate clogging. The city pumped some kind of nasty gas through the sewers so my Mighty was ruined by the internal stench but it helped break down the smell at least. So I thought, I don't want nothing to do with this vape if I can't clean out the weird mix that the oil and water will make. So in the instruction book it says, use the included tool to loosen the perforated ring, I thought that was pretty interesting. So that didn't really work for me it bent the included tool. I have no idea what tool in the world could get the perforated ring off. It also states, use the included tool to fish out the rubber seals at the bottom of the water chamber. The tool is way sharper than it needs to be its going to poke holes in the seals. I got one of the seals out but I couldn't figure out how to get the one below that. the seal around the inner rim came out but it was slightly damaged so I sent for a replacement. They sent me seals that don't match the three seals used in the cloudious. My unit leaks the water and it's not usable. I sent an email back to support but haven't heard back. I still need new seals. I think they sent me the seals for a different model. Other than that it's a pretty cool design. The percolation is a welcome innovation. Maybe a bigger herb chamber. The stir stick is also a welcome development. The big metal tube with a rubber seal on the top. What does it do? If the air bubbles from the percolated ring why a big tangy stainless tower to bang the glass against? Dracoshempemporium@hotmail.com please send me some new seals I want to try the product again.

My vape broke and i bought the pieces to fix it. I can't get the pieces to screw apart and now it has stopped working all together...

Was about to try this for the first time, filled the water reservoir to about 45-50% full, and the reservoir started leaking immediately. The glass tube was as tight as I could make it, but that didn’t seem to do anything. I emailed the support team to see how to exchange my defective one for a new one that doesn’t leak. For the price of the device, it was really disappointing to have it leak from the go. Haven’t had a chance to try it, due to the leak.

Didn't receive delivery for 11 days instead of 2-6. A couple of weekends were involved so that almost makes the 6 day window. Immediately after placing my order I got an email offering 10% off. Too late for me to use it. Four days after I placed my order I got an email offering a leather case with my order. Again too late for me to use it. I've used the Cloudious for a couple of days now and I love it. It's exactly what I was looking for. I can overlook the shipping but I feel taken by the offers. I feel I should at least get the leather case and maybe the 10% too. Thank you Robert Noack Please send me the leather case. Thank you

Hi Robert, Sorry to hear! This seems to be mostly one of the instances where the shipment was done just late enough to be postponed to the following Monday. For the inconvenience, I don't think it is out of the question to retroactively offer one of the deals (we can't stack them but we can offer one). Hello Theresa Gibbs here I have not received my order yet. The facility where it shipped to before my post office is saying it can't not deliver to post office box? We do not have mail delivery where I live. We have to go to the post office daily. Have signed for my packages at the post office. And I get all my packages sent there with no problems. Can someone PLEASE look into this. As I'm waiting patiently and wanting eagerly for my purchase. My street address is ,if needed 219 Merchants Path Sagaponack, NY 11962 Thank you for your help
