“After using the Hydrology9 for a week or so I feel I can give a decent honest review. At 1st blush it is quite visibly striking and the tactile feel and heft indicate very good build quality. I did not find the operational learning curve to be too steep. However I have not tried to clean the unit other than brushing out the "bowl" and needling out the holes so I can't really comment on this aspect though it is extremely important to me. The 6 temp steps are pretty much what I'm used to but I will say that the draw resistance feels heavy to me. I know the water filtration adds draw resistance but I find this to be exacerbated by the short run time. I also realize I can turn it right back on but in my experience, heavy draw resistance is better suited to a "hot" vape that you'll want to put down after a couple of draws, while a light resistance goes well for pecking lightly for several minutes, which is more my style. I consider this a con albeit a minor one. I also find that this makes the lower temps a bit disappointing as ~ 370 - 395f is my favorite range. Now, I'm happy to admit that the NX has excellent extraction capability, yielding quite pronounced effects from my herbs, especially at the optimum temp. Also, while I like the smoked glass of my black model, I may try to get a clear replacement tube to better see when it fills with vapor. Overall I am happy with the NX and satisfied with the purchase. It's expensive but well thought out, designed and implemented. I like it very much and would buy it again. * Delivery was late but I opted for free so no complaints.”

“A huge difference in flavor and result. A big plus is a modern look. A glass bong truly shows its age. Not to mention my last rig had many components. Now, it's all in one nice package. The downside....the instructions need a total revision. If you get an H9NX, search the web for better video instructions. The bottom line, get one and enjoy it.”

“Bought this on sale. I have 2 other Cloudious products, so got this purely because of the quality of the others. No other vape cleans so thoroughly and easily. 5 temps allow various taste and effects. Easy draw. Just wish it held more!”

“Great product and very discreet. Price is awesome compared to other options. I smoke often and it does the job really well. Clean up is easier than the first one I bought. Battery lasts a while. Unfortunately, I tend to replace mine once a year due to issues that arise. Most recent, the chamber wouldn't heat up anymore. I always to forget to register for the warranty.”

“I was able to heat up and use the unit for three sessions, and then the device never worked. Customer service sent me a battery, but the issue with the device was still not fixed. By no means is my story generalizable, and you will more than likely get a working device, so I think it is certainly worth purchasing, mainly because of the return policy. The return process was fantastic, and the turnaround was about two days. Also, customer service was excellent because they did not try to pull a used car salesmen's stunt and coerce me to keep the product, which I appreciate as an up-and-coming business, and I fully support this company and its future endeavors. The concept of the Hydrology 9 NX is exceedingly cool (mainly because of the concentrate feature), and even though I only got three sessions in, it was undoubtedly a different and great experience. I will undoubtedly try this vape again in the future, but with a newer, upgraded model.”

“I love the product. I have purchased 4 over the course of the last few years. IMO it is the best dry herb vaporizer on the market. It's sleek& compact design makes it amazing. The only issue I have is that they should be using metal for the hinge instead of plastic as that is where mine always breaks years later down the road.”

“I thought it was an electric grinder, not an electric dispenser for the grinder. That was not a good thing, but I was not wise enough to make sure what was I buying. I like the product though, its goood craftmanship”
