“Customer service is very good but the Atomic battery doesn’t last long enough the Hydrology mouth piece is so large it’s tough to get a airtight seal and water escapes into the mouth piece so you lips get wet. But I’ll still use them because I can get past the shortcomings.”

“The customer service is beyond excellent. Quick response and very professional. Very nice people to work with. The Cloudious9 itself is the best I've ever used. I found some dried up buds that fell on the floor during the trimming process and just for the heck of it I loaded them in to the cloudious9 and tried them out. I was so surprised that they didn't taste harsh at all. I love this thing and have recommended it to friends who have also purchased one and are very happy with it. It's a great product.”

“There is always going to be a defective product in the bunch. No company is perfect. Unfortunately I was one to receive a defective product. I am in the process of having it exchanged. I am very satisfied with the customer service. Very helpful.”
