“Since purchasing my Hydrology9 I have been in contact with Amanda in customer service and I want to express my gratitude for all the help she has provided to make my vaping experience the best ever. The Hydrology9 has replaced my Arizer Solo and V Tower as my all time favorite and most used vaporizer ever. Thanks for sending me extra seals for the unit..it is leak free..even inverted when loading the ceramic chamber. I think that other companies could learn a lot from your service model..it is wonderful!”
