“I am very pleased with my experience and the bundle I purchased. Unfortunately there was an issue with my Hydrology9 when I got it, but customer service took care of me and sent me a new heating unit within the week. Now that everything is working properly, I’m in love. It really does match the hype and good reviews.”

“I love the bundle deal, I had been "window" shopping the grinder since before I was interested in the vape. The vape is a great product for cost, I love the guide for the temp settings; that helps me especially a new user to dry herb vaping. The grinder is nothing short of amazing!”

“Fast shipping! Worked right out the box without charging first! Simple to use just like my old vape pen. Heating time is good and got some good hits off it. Easy to clean and maintain. Also got the grinder and although having a screen would be great understanbly doesn’t make sense since it vibrates- which is awesome! Nice and fluffed. Thinking about getting the other vape!”

“This is a marvelous product. I don't like "smoking" as it is hard on my throat. I can't seem to master edibles. There is no harshness on inhale. The only drawback to that is I can't gauge how much I'm getting so I've had a bit much once in a while. I had problems getting the thing to work. It was user error. I called and Dominic walked me through and problems gone. My only real issue with this is that the phone number is buried in the website (go to the return exchange page). This has solved my gift giving issues for some f my cousins. Thank you for Cloudious9!”

“After purchasing the hydrology we had not one, not two but three PAX3 units go south. Came back here to get the small one to replace them. Haven’t received it yet but we love the hydrology so i don’t expect to be disappointed.”
