If you need any assistance in future, feel free to email first and we can then have the opportunity to look into it immediately :) I checked your tracking and can see that it is currently in transit (Adelaide > Perth). Today is business day 7 and we do advise an estimate of up to 10 business days for WA deliveries (via standard shipping). The information on the site was limited, no option for a gift card or message and no notification that the two parts would be shipped separately until after ordered and paid for

Thanks for the feedback Samantha. I've emailed you directly to get further info so that I can update any details that may be missing. A notice mentioning the separate shipping of the two items you ordered was... 1) listed on the product listing right next to the 'add to cart' button at the time of ordering 2) in the dispatch notification that included both tracking numbers 3) in a personal email I sent to you to make sure you hadn't missed the information on the product listing and the tracking email. I purchase the cocktail kit on the 5th of April today 13th April I haven’t received anything . Only a email mention the invoice . I’ve email back asking where’s the product if has been dispatched or not . So I’m still waiting for information....

Thanks for the review Francisco! Your order was placed after hours on a Friday evening so we packaged it at the first opportunity which was on Monday the 8th. I checked for you and could see that several emails were sent (order confirmation, order dispatched + tracking details) so it sounds like your inbox has filtered them out as spam. We advise (in our shipping FAQ which is linked to on every product page and at checkout), due to your remote location, that shipping to your area in WA will take up to 10 business days (but usually less). It is still within the advertised shipping times and after checking your tracking, can see that it will be delivered shortly. Please note that we also offer express shipping at checkout which is 1-2 days delivery to your location but this was not selected. Cheers, Steve

Thanks for the review Natasha - I've already tried getting in touch with you this morning but haven't had a reply as yet so I have arranged a replacement to be delivered via EXPRESS which should arrive tomorrow. Unfortunately I'm not sure what the courier has done with the previous one that was sent. Sorry for the inconvenience. I hope your friend loves the gift!

Ordered 2 sets.of the pineapple shaped glasses. Not as nice as I expected. Will need to use a straw to drink with as rim has a thick Edgewater to it.

Thanks for the feedback Donna! The glasses are a little thicker due to the pattern and shape - I've updated our product listing to more accurately reflect this. Once filled with a beverage or cocktail, they do look amazing! I've tested the stock that we have and none have a rough edge so please get in touch on info@cocktailkit.com.au with a close up photo if you think they are faulty and need to be exchanged.
