“Ordered a few weeks ago, everything good with the company. But they need to use another freight company as I still have not received my item purchased and I ordered on 17th November and it’s the 2nd December and no update as to an estimate as to when I’ll get.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. The courier company did make a mistake and it was returned - as mentioned in my previous email. If you can reply to my email to confirm your delivery address I'll be able to ensure the issue doesn't arise again. “Unfortunately when I order the tumblers I had no idea they had a brand on the front which I am unable to remove. I had hoped I was ordering plain glasses not ones with black writing on the front of them . I am disappointed.”

“Ordered and paid for express shipping on a order and warehouse was closed due to heat however received confirmation on this on the day the order was expected to arrive. Understandable conditions but had to source all items of order from more that three different retailers which was tedious and time consuming.”
