“Ridiculous time taken to get delivery”

“As this is a gift set l would have thought it would have come nicely packed ready to gift to someone, not the case it was in a cardboard box full of foam packing, needing to be re-packed into something suitable to gift.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review Jordan! Gift packaging is something we would love to have available on all our products but unfortunately it is a very costly addition due to the range of products we have available. We do ensure that we are up front about this and the pictures accurately show what is included - these details are also outlined in the Shipping FAQ that is linked to on every page on our website. We have to use the eco friendly packing filler (not foam) to ensure the bottles don't break.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review Janet. Sounds like there is a manufacturer fault in the shaker that wasn't picked up at the time of quality control inspection - I've refunded the cost of the shaker in full. “Excellent postage package...well wrapped etc with the cocktail unit not quite what I expected. Thought it would have a strainer included as per seen when having cocktails made by bartenders. Maybe my mistake by not examining completely before purchase. George Gibson Sydney”

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! I checked your order and it was a 2-piece shaker that you ordered with no built-in strainer. The cocktail shakers with built-in strainers are called cobbler shakers or 3-piece shakers. The product listing also recommends an ideal strainer to utilise with that particular shaker. Feel free to get in touch and we can sort something out for you =)
