“Slim pro upgrade form Hario Skerton I had the old hario skerton back home and purchased a replacement. Wow, the slim is a much nicer product in the profile and the pro version makes it so much easier and intuitive to adjust the grind. Simply separate the canister from the grinder, and adjust the screw. This in much nicer than the old process of removing the top cap, the handle, removing the screws, the adjusting the grinder and then reassembling. The amount of coffee made is perfect for one or two cups of coffee. I drink espresso and this enough. The locking mechanism is a press and twist. Not super tight, but it works. The silicone transparent top makes it easy to see the state of the grind of the beans. Easily overlooked, but as essential function. The handle is easily removable for storage or travel. One thing I will say is that the handle is far superior to the skerton because there's no issue of making sure the handle remains tight. The skerton always became loose after about 20 rotations. No problems with the slim pro.”
