“Excellent Grinder and Great Service (with a minor hiccup) I recently purchased a Timemore 064S grinder from Coffee Parts Australia, and I'm thrilled with my purchase. The grinder itself is fantastic – incredibly well-built, precise, and easy to use. It's made a noticeable difference in the quality of my coffee. The product arrived quickly and was packaged perfectly, ensuring it arrived in pristine condition. Coffee Parts Australia's customer service was also excellent. While I did experience a slight snag in placing my order online (they ship to New Zealand, but the website didn't initially allow me to complete the process), the team was very responsive and helpful in resolving the issue via email. The extra steps required to complete the order were a minor inconvenience, and their helpfulness quickly resolved any frustration. Overall, despite the initial online ordering hurdle, I highly recommend Coffee Parts Australia. Their excellent customer service, swift delivery, and the top-quality Timemore 064S grinder make them a go-to for my coffee equipment needs. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again.”

“Good service, quick shipment and delivery of great products. It would be 5 stars if the website allowed me to filter out unavailable items, I got an email with an interesting Easter sale to find out that most items were sold out, it would be great to know what actually I can buy to be shipped after holidays.”

“After a bit of difficulty finding the product I wanted on the website, I found it easy to connect with a real live person who was able to answer my question. I think the webisite could use a bit of work; however, I was very happy with the delivery of the products that I ordered. They came well packed and in pristine condition.”

“I bought a silicon gasket to replace a rubber replacement gasket I bought a week or two before that just wouldn't seal; kept leaking from the top of the portafilter. Seemed too much hassle to report to Coffee Parts so I just got the silicon replacement. Their service has been great though, I had a query about the paper gasket and was given a helpful reply and their speed of post and 'down ro earth' emails are great. I read about the history of the company and would like to support a small business who are passionate about what they do.”
