The item we bought is faulty. We have contacted Coffee Parts about this but haven’t received a reply in over a week. Feels like a scam.

Coffee Parts has great up front customer service. The website is OK, the delivery service is great and the purchase is very efficient. If something goes wrong however or you need to return a product, the experience changes significantly. The website link to return products does not work. Phone calls go unanswered and voicemails are not returned. Emails (*7) go unanswered - it is extremely frustrating. It is such a shame as the upfront website experience is great and the product offering is good. It just fails badly when the humans get involved (or should I say refuse to get involved). I will never use Coffee Parts again.

Received the incorrect part with my order, no response from Coffee Parts to phone calls or email requesting an exchange.

Baught for a family Christmas gift. The worst coffee grinder EVER! Gets clogged every use. It's messy to use. I wish we had never bought it. Such a disappointment. Do not buy this grinder.

I added items to my cart, one of the team at Coffee Parts recommended alternative parts, and when I took delivery and the recommended part did not fit properly, I raised it by email with the team member. Over more than one week I have followed up twice and have received no response. Poor experience. Have had to fashion a temporary solution.

I have received several emails asking me to leave a review. Our recent spare parts purchase was ok, your prices are not the cheapest around but delivery was timely. Reasonably happy here. However, we had dropped by several months earlier with the expressed purpose of purchasing a new Rocket machine and a new grinder. I bought my last Rocket machine from Coffeeparts some years ago. We had driven 90 minutes from out of Sydney specifically for this purchase, based on your website information. To our utter disappointment, the salesperson who attended my wife and I could not have been more off handed, disinterested, dismissive and uncaring about helping with any sale!! Apparently, Coffeeparts had no stock on hand of the Rocket Giotto machine, nor the grinder we wanted. We left emptyhanded and very unimpressed with the sales service we received. I subsequently purchased the espresso machine and grinder elsewhere a few days later, at a better price than Coffeeparts advertised. The sales staff at the other business were very helpful and obliging regarding the $5000.00 sale. So, Coffeeparts spare parts supply gets a 4 star rating but Coffeeparts sales gets only a 1 star rating this time.

My last order took over 2 months to supply. The only communication I received regarding the delay was only after the times I contacted them to ask where my seals were. I was told they were arriving “next week” and would be dispatched asap. Another month went by without any communication again, I email them again in desperation (my customer getting very angry) - and parts were dispatched the following day. Yes I know the world is having supply issues, but this does not excuse the need not to keep the customer up to speed with the play. All I needed was a short email explaining any delay and then to follow that up. Coffeeparts have gone from being an amazing company to use, to now where I’m not really wanting to use them again.

Bought a rhino scale from coffee parts. One of the woodsy scales you could ever buy. Couldn’t see the screen clearly and the measurements keep in fluctuating. Should not sell this product as it us rubbish.

Very flimsy & too short... Went with the cheaper ones & now I'll have to buy the same as I had before... Cannot recommend this unless you like to burn your hand whilst cleaning the group head..

Asked for a refund for a damaged product manufacturer at fault. First was told its not damaged it just looks bad. Its was a precision filter basket and all the holes were gouged out and scratched. Then was told to send an email to refund and exchange team. Still no response.

Bought the rimless straight edge 14g portafilter basket to increase my usual 11g single shot. Put 14g into the new basket and the shot ran like water. I sent an email for advice/support and the response was completely unhelpful as it was suggesting that I may be underdosing a 14g basket even though I told them I used 14g (measured on my digital scale). I’ve already got an 18g basket which I use for double shots so why would I need a 14g basket which needs more grinds?.. Waste of my time & money.

It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my order. Don’t understand why they would choose to ship my parcel with a particular infamous courier company when Australia Post works just fine. Will not be ordering from Coffee Parts in the future.

After a month I still have not received my order. I have investigated the shipment and it’s untracked-able due to the second party service. The returns and refunds section of the webpage is foggy, often contradictory and ultimately gives no confidence in the action being worthwhile which feels deliberate.

Ordered the 295ml Huskee cups to find they are over 350ml and too large for intended use the conversion on the website is wrong
