I ordered a new coffee grinder but i got one that had already been used and it arrived damaged/broken. Now i have to go through the return process and print a lable and somehow get this parcel to the post office when i'm in lockdown and can't leave the house. Extremely frustrating and upset that a small amount of QA could have prevented this issue from happening. Or allowing me to receive a new product or booking a courier for me to come pickup the product needing to be returned

Poor product listing, poor product advise from customer service that even after reordering the directed part still don't have fitting parts no offer from staff to refund or exchange. Detailed product listing of the parts they sell for the products they sell would go a long way here.

I like the business, the products and the attention to detail. The freight and distribution of the product is a complete disaster with no (promised) follow up. A great pity to have a business fail due to Aust Post and Shippit and no follow up from these two or coffee parts, in spite of requests for help.

I bought a nanofoam milk frother which was unfortunately an inferior product. The lid didn't stay on and the attachments which frothed the milk came off when in use! I contacted coffee parts, they requested videos so I sent them, demonstrating the issues. They came back to me and said all of them are like that. When I requested a refund (which is fair enough for upwards of a $50 hand held milk frother that doesn't work), noone got back to me. I have been ignored as a customer after I was sold a product that doesn't do what it is intended to do, rendering it waste. I would say that is poor customer service, wouldn't you? I'd just like a refund please, you sold me a product that has been poorly made and doesn't work, they should not be sold on your store.

Coffee parts after sale service really disappointed me a lot. 22 Feb, I bought a kettle (pricing 200aud) at coffee parts online and found my kettle not working. I called coffee part to report this issue. 24 Feb, I upload the video as required by coffee part. 26 Feb, I emailed to coffee parts to check if coffee part received the video. No feedback 5 March, I called coffee parts again and they said yes received the video, will back to you once watched the video. 9 March, I called coffee parts again but was replied the staff was busy on meeting and would get back to me after meeting. 10 March, I called coffee parts again to request a return shipping code if the staff has checked the video. 12 March, dispatched the kettle. Logistic showing coffee part received at 15 March. 22 March, I called coffee parts again to check if they received my kettle and when to dispatch a new kettle. Feedback: Dispatch right now and will issue an email of dispatch. 25 March, no update at all. I called coffee parts twice and also left voice message, but nobody answer.

Australia post did not even try to deliver but sent it straight to the post office The post office refused to accept our ID as it was addressed to my workplace but my wifes ID related to our home. Work was picked as it is always attended. You need to change delivery service

I ordered a coffee grinder to be sent to Hong Kong for family members birthday present. For some reason it wasn't able to be delivered, it was then redelivered back to you. I have sent a couple of emails and have received no response. I am out of pocket on this, at the very least I would of expected a refund (minus shipping)

Selection of products are amazing with reasonable prices. Extremely bad communication, it takes forever to get their reply. Sometimes I need to call them in order to get response. Then on the phone they said they will email you address verification, and later on payment request of shipping cost difference it just never happened until you call them again. And once I have verified the address and made the payment they never sent me acknowledgement. I eventually need to call them again and get notified my order was shipped and got the tracking number over the phone. This is the worst online shopping experience I ever had!

So disappointed in product the pictures and description was not I thought I was getting The plastic doesn’t dry easily because of the convulsion . I would not recommend this product

Multiple emails to get product information - limited initiative to provide additional info with responses Discount code not applied correctly, on following up, id told it had been, i responded detailing why it hadnt been applied correctly but have not heard back since

Prompt service, product arrived safely . Unfortunately, the barista milk jug 360ml. did not even hold 350ml. when filled to the very brim. It makes heating milk very difficult.

Had a terrible experience with customer support, my enquiries were erroneously answered, and upon receipt of the incorrect product, was informed nothing could be done about it. Overall, terrible experience. Definitely will not shop here again.
