Coffee Parts has a bad refund policy; it's ok if they send out the wrong part/item. Don't worry. They will fix it immediately. In the same order, I received the wrong Item and sent an email explaining the issue. I asked if I could swap the incorrect item, and no reply received a replacement part for their mistake. Still, mine was not allowed to be replaced as I made the wrong choice when I ordered and should have checked before sending the order. .

Most parts arrived. The main one I need didn’t and I can use the machine without it.

I have attempted in the past on numerous occasions to buy a glass Hario 1-Cup V60 Coffee Dripper but it continuously says it's 'out of stock''. Don't advertise it if you never have them!!

Unfortunately the seal and strainer don’t fit either of my pots. The smaller one holds 250ml and the larger one holds 300ml. My pots are quite old now. Have the dimensions changed? Monica Anderson

Great products, absolute rubbish customer service. After waiting for my items for weeks I contacted them and I get a reply saying "Not sure what happened, item has not been sent" No clarification on if they sent it after that comment was made. Items received a week later, can't knock the product but I will not be ordering again as customer service makes a company.

Ordered a Coffee knocker in red. A black one was delivered even though the box was marked red. Decided to keep the black one anyway. No issue with the quality which is good.

I was really disappointed to find that the steam valve kit supplied didn't have the parts I needed for my machine, especially since it was after I had disassembled my machine and had to put it back together with some old parts and improvise for others. I have emailed the company twice about my order and had no response - 2 weeks since first email, 5 days since second email.

Once l ordered the part service was great but had to wait a month for a response to an email regarding which part to order and couldn’t get through via phone

Seems the move towards On-Line orders isn't as efficient as before. I had to follow up on what looked like an order lost in the "Cloud".

Coffee Parts product and ordering process was easy and the product is gr8 (5 stars). Its the delivery that caused the 2 Stars. via Australia post, they didn't follow which driveway to use (which was noted) and the tracking was showing 2 possible locations where the item was left and then I found it was left at neither of those.

The part that I ordered looked normal size online however when it arrived it looked like a miniature version. I don't even know who uses knock out boxes that small. You'd have to empty it after every 2 cups which defies the point of having a knock out box in the first place.

In stock parts delivered quickly, but my second email query (also happened to the first) regarding a gauge for the VdW Speedster, purchased from Coffee Parts, still has not had a response. So I have an expensive machine I can't use. Overall, communication could be a LOT better.

Bought a rubber and insert for my knock tube. The insert does not go all the way through the rubber and hence I need a mallet to bash one end of the insert to get the grounds out each day. I could have gone to Bunnings and knocked this up for a few bucks but I wanted a legit version. I emailed last week about the issue and did not get a reply. Average product and less then average service ..

Advertised products are not available. They need to keep their upto date stick list and out of stock list visible. Because if I order to repair a machine I do not want to be told it's out of stock. I'd prefer to say it's been shipped

Initial part of transaction was OK, but when I tried to return a part the was the incorrect size, the website would not permit me to register a return and I got very short shrift on the phone. I ordered that part and some other parts from a supplier in the UK and that was a much more satisfactory experience.
