Excellent high quality product. I am the problem in that I can't master the steaming so have thrown in the drawer until someone with the expertise can show me how to steam properly. Seriously my conter breville steamer is much more efficient with time. As I said the problem is not the product it is me.

Haven't received it yet. I was informed that the post is slow but nothing more. Haven't got a tracking number so have no idea where it is.

Quick dispatch time and very quick delivery. However the actual item I received seemed to be a return/previously opened container. The lid had marks on it as if it was possibly returned previously or was a floor model. There is a couple of small scratches (chips in the paint) in the top of the container, these are very minor but over time I have concerns they may get bigger or ruin the container.

Container paint was chipped around the rim, did not bother sending back as the delays would have taken too long. Will live with the damage but was disappointed as it was a manufacturing defect from the factory, the packaging was not damaged.

This is the first time I have used Coffee Parts and I must say, the ordering process was seamless, (although the website didn’t auto generate a user account which it said it would, therefore not recognising the order against my user account.) I paid extra for express shipping and received it next day. Awesome! The only reason for the 3 stars is that the dosing scales were faulty on arrival (LCD screen.) I emailed back immediately with pictures asking to return for another non-faulty item. I followed up with another email a couple of days later when I hadn’t had a response. It’s now 2 weeks later and I have yet to get an email or call about my return claim. I understand possible delays due to current lockdowns… but the lack of after sales will certainly deter me from buying from Coffee Parts again.

It was a satisfactory experience. One item was missing from my order, I was offered the option of paying more to get the more premium version, switching to a lesser brand, or waiting for 6-8 weeks for the item I ordered. Made the overall experience less than perfect.

Wand sleeves ordered, the sleeves have a very small nominal bore, I use 10mm wands , and the sleeves are clearly meant for 8mm tubing. i had to stretch each rubber using long nose pliers, and then use spray oil to get them fitted, but I would say most people would not be able to fit them Previous rubbers supplied from Ebay have been perfect

Good products, poor choice of courier. Quick google search shows that Couriers please are very unreliable.

aside from not having item in stock,it was a drawn out affair,just like writing a review,this is not part of shopping,the sandwich i bought yesterday at the deli did'nt ask me to review their bloody tomato.if this is part of the deal. wont shop at coffee parts.

Silicon Hose supplied for my Rancillio V3 was too short by 10cm, ended up having to order two lengths. Also, they weren't able to supply correct copper gaskets without being included with of other expensive parts (eg. boiler or OPV). Unfortunatley, I have few options due to the C-19 lockdowns.

The item I ordered (Gene Cafe spare part) was received when it came back into stock but the advice I received about whether I needed it or not could have been a little more thoughtful. Turns out I didn't. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that it is all about sales.

Parts are great and at fair price. Postage was really overpriced and delivery a bit slow (2 weeks for $25 postage from Australia). So only 3 stars.

It wasn't clear that the rubber washer would not be included. Plus, to be fair, the part is a little bit pricey!

Some parts were not compatible with my Rancilio Silvia 3. They were not the the original part but supposedly an alternative. The cost involved made it not worthwhile to return. Will consider another supplier next time.

i ordered an updated steamer wand for my gaggia Carezza machine, partly my mistake as it didnt fit my unit, but writing to request further information never received a reply, sadly disappointed as there delivery was excellent.
