“I thought it was a proper shop but it was a warehouse. When you go and pick up or buy something, the girl didn't want to show me inside of the box. I was frustrated because I just wanted to check and make sure the product is not broken or damaged. I'm happy with the product after all.”

“Some times parts have been out of stock but if you place an order and they then find the part out of stock they will ship this part as soon as it arrives! Good communication and never had a problem with their after sales support. If they always had everything in stock, which to be fair is not always their fault, I would have given 5 stars.”

“The correct part arrived and fitted perfectly. Plenty of detail on the website to select the correct part and part number. Delivery was a little pricey for the size of the part, probably could have come via regular post, reasonable price for courier delivery. Overall very happy.”

“Hubby received his wonderful new Aeropress coffee plunger. His old one was 5 years old, in still good order, just wanted to buy him one for his motorbike rides. Hubby was totally impressed with the gift. Received the gift on time and with updates on the packaging. 10/10.”

“Very easy and prompt service. Had an issue with one of the parts being the wrong size and followed the directive to go to online and email the issue. Still waiting a reply. I guess everyone is so busy with the silly season on us and I am sure they would answer if they could. Just the time of year. Would certainly order from this company again.”

“Ordered from them multiple times, great range and no hassle with orders or shipping at all. Only bit of feedback is any time I've emailed them, they take days to reply. But they do reply eventually. Will definitely keep ordering from them, highly recommend the store.”

“Excellent inventory, prompt service. I would give coffee parts 5/5 if the search engine was better. Eg I was looking for a portafilter for a 20gm basket. It just wasn't listed. Then I tried "deep portafilter" and up came 2 new choices. !! Also I asked to be notified when out of stock items came in but that didn't happen. But, as I said , everything else went perfectly re sourcing, quality, delivery”

“Fast delivery easy to order. Tamper is fantastic, makes such a difference to the standard one that comes with the machine. Didn’t have one item in stock so had to order something else which is plastic. Magnets are not that strong but helps reduce waste when grinding.”
