The service was very good but I think when items are sold in Australia they should not stick to overseas description. My coffee pot produces at capacity 2 small mugs of strong coffee the product I needed was eleven cup.”

“Machine is well made, for the most part. Handle heats up on the stove and there is no spot small enough on the stove to stop this. Coffee pours out nicely for about 3 shots but then starts to splutter. Coffee was pretty good though.”
