“I recently bought a Eureka grinder. About every 4th grind it faults. The display flashes and I have to reset it and guess the remaining time. The free kilo of coffee beans was stale, with an old roast date :-(”

“I bought a Gaggia Classic. The unti didnt look quite right to me (not quite square) so I sent a photo to Coffeeteca. They said it was definately not right and offerred a replacement, which was dispatched straight away and I received it a day or two later.”

As described and working very well so far. Would be great to get some tutorial links on the machine and also info about descaling technique and frequency.”
