“Andrew was really helpful. He spent time going through and understanding my requirements, budget and reservations a purchasing a manual machine for the first time. He gave good advise and was happy to spend time on the phone going through my concerns. My machine turned up damaged when l unpacked it and Andrew despite being on the weekend was quick to reassure me that he would have it replaced and even offered to drop me off a coffee !!. Fantastic customer service. If only he could teach me to make a good coffee !!!!!”

“Absolutely LOVE our Gaggia Cadorna Prestige! It makes superb (cafe quality) coffees. So easy to use, it literally just makes me happy! Great reduction on price, and we appreciated the free postage and 1kg Coffeeteca beans. Will definitely recommend Coffeeteca to friends and family. Thank you!”
