“The grinder I purchased arrived dead on arrival (DOA). When I requested a replacement, instead of sending one directly, Coffeeteca redirected me to their supplier. This required me to transport the grinder over an hour to reach the supplier, and to make matters more difficult they are closed on weekends. I am still waiting to hear back from the supplier regarding the reason my grinder was DOA and what the next steps are. I have been without a grinder for over a week now and I am extremely unhappy with Coffeeteca. I will not be purchasing from Coffeeteca again.”

“The best purchase I've ever done! The delivery was pretty fast. I ordered on Tuesday morning and I received the parcel on Thursday. They sent me a free coffee beans pack, it was amazing!!”

“The Eureka oro 65 grinder is a very well made product. Heavy,quiet and fast. No complaints at all about the grinder. I rang Coffeteca when I received it and left a message. I never got a call back. The manual to this machine is written in Italian English and is not very helpful. Not having owned a grinder with a display etc. I had a Rancillio Rocky before so this was confusing. I think you need to include a quick setup guide in Australian English with your grinders. I had to wade through the net to get the information I needed and wasted a lot of coffee before I got an acceptable setting for a fine grind. For example I did not know that the grind knob was like 24 hour clock and that you had to turn it a good amount to get a fine grind. I received no help from you and wasted a lot of time.”

“I was after a Eureka single dose grinder. I found Coffeeteca had one in stock. They had black but not chrome at a good price, but not so important, black is fine. I checked to see how it would be delivered before ordering. I didn’t want it left at the door but happy to collect from post office. I got quick confirmation. It took a couple of weeks to arrive. I never received a lot of tracking information and didn’t know it was arriving until the door bell rang. The estimated delivery times chart didn’t even have the ACT listed but did list rural Tasmania (go figure) Time for rural NSW was 6 - 10 business days so 1 - 2 weeks. It arrived on day 10. I guess that is on time but wouldn’t have minded better tracking details.”
