“I’m was very happy with coffeeteca until my grinder stopped working and I was left to my own devices to get it fixed. Which I still haven’t sorted out and my brand new eureka 65 is faulty has to be sent away to be fixed which is an expense and hassle to me.”

“I had been researching a good coffee machine for approx 6mths & debated the expense. Fabulous end of financial year sale with Coffeeteco (purchased machine & cleaning package), which felt like an impulsive buy but it was an offer I couldn't pass up..and not really in impulse afterall! Machine was delivered within 4 days to regional Victoria. Many thanks to Andrew; exceptional customer service who has arranged delivery of cleaning products that were mistakenly not delivered. Coffeeteca will be my go to for future products. Highly recommended.”

“Gaggia Classic arrived and I am very happy with the product. Unfortunately it came with a European power plug, not an Australian one, but when I contacted Coffeeteca they responded straightaway, apologising for the mistake, and they sent out the Australian plug along with a free bag of coffee. Mistakes happen and they responded very well, so 5 stars from me!”
