“The Gaggia Accademia is terrific coffee machine. You have many choices and combinations of brews and you can't make a mistake as it directs every step. The ability to save favorite settings is great. The service from Coffeeteca was second to none and the price was by far the best on offer.”

“I purchased a Eureka Mignon Specialita grinder from Coffeeteca. First of all I highly recommend this grinder, I have spent a couple of weeks testing it out and dialing in new beans and it does a fantastic job. There was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery of my item, however when I to called (I think I spoke with Andrew) to enquire as to its whereabouts the issue was identified and solved within 5 mins and it arrived the next day. Not only that, they also threw in a large bag of their coffee beans too in addition to the tamper and tamping mat bonus which I really appreciated too. Best price for this grinder and excellent customer service. Thank you Coffeeteca ☕️👍🏼”

“Prompt response to a query pre-purchase and very speedy delivery but I was not entirely happy with my purchase and contacted Coffeeteca to discuss return and upgrade to a more expensive machine. Was told this was not possible although I had read the returns policy and I believe it was possible. Would have given five stars if not for this 'bullying' response.”
