“Amazing service. Enquired about a product and they got back to me within the hour. They had to source the product. Two follow-up phone calls from them and the product was in stock and sent to me interstate. Prompt delivery and the gent I dealt with could not have been more helpful. They deserve to do well. “I ordered a Gaggia Classic EVO Pro from Coffeeteca. No:1 it was the cheapest price going and Free Delivery. The receipt for the sale was almost instant & delivery tracking was organized on the same day. It was sent on Friday & arrived on Monday. You could not ask for a better service. 10 out of 10 for me. Highly recommend. The coffee machine is awesome. I have had a Gaggia Classic for 20 years & it has now lived its life & had to replace it.”
