“If I could give 10 Stars I would.. thank you for your time with helping me through the questions I had in relation to our purchase.. We purchased the Gaggia Evo Pro and after deep diving into the world of internet I started to have some buyers remorse... all my questions were answered and I am completely in love with our purchase!! After a few attempts to dial in.. I was tasting notes I've never tasted before in coffee.. hands down an incredible machine with not too much tinkering required... star track lost part of my delivery and when i contacted Andrew it was not a problem and new beans are on the way.. I never expected that!!! I am so so so Happy that I jumped off the fence and purchased online from you ..Thank you!! x Melisa”

“Yes the machine itself definately looks very good - milk functions are very good I'd say overall the espresso it makes is not quite as good as my old Gaggia machine but that might be the beans and I need to fiddle with the settings more perhaps - the coffee could be a bit hotter for me - one touch cappucinos and latte is very good when running around in the morning getting ready for work - next day delivery was no problem very fast delivery for sure.”

“Great Service speedy delivery Item purchased Gaggia Classic, we I now have 3 Classic Gaggia date back from 1990 2016 and the new Evo 2024 all of which are still operating The difference in the new upgrade model is the steamer the jury's out on this as on,y made my first cup after arrival today a better fitting steamer but froth ? maybe that may come down to the milk which sometimes is a factor to consider when frothing . To these considering thus company is great to deal with over the phone advise too, as long as you keep a Gaggi clean and serviced it will last a long long time if not forever . In my opinion. Gaggi is the best small coffee machine on the market as it always has been made in italy nit in china too it makes a smooth brew on grind 5 on the Gaggia burr grinder my preference for a good Cappacino Thanks Kate Smith”
