“I must say the delivery time was excellent how ever the machine came with a European plug and also the cleaner wasn’t with the machine. contacted the sale people and have apologised and have sent items needed for me to use my Gaggia coffee machine. I have a tracking number so I’m just waiting for the delivery!”

“A great experience buying our new coffee machine. A quick delivery time. I phoned a day or so after and spoke to Andrew regarding a querie I had with the handle and he explained it all very well. While we were chatting he also gave me other helpful advice which will help me using my lovely new machine. Great customer service.”
