“A little short on information. I ordered the machine, great price, very happy. 2 days passed before I got a confirmation that the order has been picked and was ready for delivery. The item arrived quickly but was left at the front door with the original packaging, not boxed to disguise it in any way. When I picked the box up it was leaking and upon unboxing it was clear that the water came from the unit itself. Perhaps testing of equipment to install levers rather than rotary handles? In reviews, I've read indicated that the machine should come with additional small nozzle alternatives for the steamer. I couldn't locate any. Maybe not for Australian machines???”

“Contacted Coffeeteca before deciding to purchase our first automatic coffee machine. I called and spoke to Andrew who was very knowledgeable, polite and respectful. He gave us his honest opinion about our pending purchase. His advice was much appreciated and I will continue to purchase from coffeeteca because of Andrew’s service and also the fact their prices were the most competitive.”

“Absolutely am in love with this machine already . The easy to use videos on line and step by step machine instructions are fantastic to anyone to understand. I’m so excited to get friends over for the real deal . The coffee taste amazing and the fact that it does all the work at the push of a few buttons is brilliant.”

“The Mignon Manuale is so much easier to get a good espresso grind than the Baratza Preciso, an exceptional bit of gear for great coffee. Communication and quick delivery were really appreciated too.”
