“I have rated it as normal due to the products in the box, which are good quality but if anything goes wrong the customer service is really poor. I initially ordered 2 boxes and only received 1, it took weeks of emailing and phoning to be told I was only allowed 1 box (I was then refunded). I received an extra box in July and received an email asking me to return it (I had to pay for the postage up front), which I did straight away, I would have expected some communication thanking me for doing so but nothing.”

“I purchased both the cohorted june and july box and (particularly in comparison to the previous boxes), was left a little deflated. The snow white palette was a little questionable since the movie had been released quite a while ago, leaving me to ponder on how old the makeup was. The st tropez tan was not of particular use to me as well as the nails inc polish, whose old packaging indicated it had also been an old product. I did however likethe gucci guilty showergel, which had a strong smell that lingered for long after it was used. Heres hoping the August box fares better :)”

“I have bought several things from Cohorted and was lucky enough to get the June box! I adore this website. The only negatives are that if you see something you want, make sure you buy it because it will go! I wish the beauty boxes were more available because they're by far my favourite beauty boxes that are available.”

“Ive had two boxes now and loved both! In the first one I got Michael Kors lipstick and Dolce and Gabana nail varnish which was amazing, then in the second one I loved the St Tropez gradual tan. Love love love ????”

“I have had two cohorted boxes so far and already received two products which are daily must haves. I loved my Mac eyeshadow in shroom and my cargo bronzer. I now have two beautiful full sized eye shadow palettes too. My favourite thing about this box is the fact you get full sized products not samples. It's absolutely fantastic!”

“I did not like this months box at all. I don't like to look tanned, the lipstick in the pallet does not suit me, my skin is too sensitive for the lotion and the nails inc polish was on sale 2 years ago. Clearly they can't get rid. Pretty gutted as I had such high hopes.”

“If the customer service was as high end as the contents of the box, the company would be amazing. Both of the boxes that I have received were packed full of high end goods. Sadly, Cohorted have never replied to my emails. They have sent me a duplicate box for July (which I emailed them and told them about) and I received a "dear all" email asking me to send it back at my own cost and then they would refund me! It concerns me how long I would wait for my refund...”

“The parcel was delayed but I received a lovely email to apologise and a refund in points so I didn't mind at all! Wonderful customer service and now I can't wait for the box to arrive, thank you cohorted!”

“I ordered for my first time - the July beauty box and a bobbi brown bronzer, which was cohorted at 50% off. The box was lovely and had four full sized products - costing £19.99 but the value was over £63. I adored every one of the products and would definitely order again. The bobbi brown bronzer however did not arrive, but this was fixed with one simple email to ask about its whereabouts and it was sent out to me but just delayed. The only thing is, to order the beauty boxes you have to be on the website already waiting at 6pm to get your order in quickly, because within the hour - they are sold out! So more stock is needed!”
