“This was my first Cohorted beauty box and I was impressed . The four products varied and interesting , Did not give 5 stars as not a fan of perfumed body creams, really liked the fake tan and the palette”

“Very poor customer service. I purchased my item on the 01/07; shipping guidelines advised shipping is expected within 1 working day, so I expected confirmation of dispatch by the 03/07 at the latest. I still hadn't received anything by the 07/07 so sent an email requesting an update. An hour later I received an email from the courier advising it was due for collection from Cohorted. It was received late on the 09/07. Overall, not a bad turn around time but it's worth noting I never received a response from Cohorted to my email chasing the parcel. Furthermore, if they are unable to ship within 1 working day and more like 5, why advise this? When I received my parcel one item was clearly used. It was damaged, had finger prints in and was missing a part of it. I sent an email that evening and tagged them in instagram. No response but I received another box on the 13/07. I assumed this was a replacement due to the issues with the one I had received and sent them and tagged them again on instagram saying thanks. Today (15/07) I have received an email asking me to return the second box as it was sent in error. So, the second box was NOT a result of good customer service but more so POOR business management. I have STILL not received a response regarding the damage and clearly the issue has not been addressed as the second box was sent to many people in error. I will be returning the second box as do not want to deprive another person of a box they have paid for, as I note some people are still awaiting theirs 15 days later. However, I do expect a full refund.”

“Very impressed with the July box a few bits which would be used. The contents of the box makes it worth the purchase. Once suggestion could be maybe doing a short questionnaire about what sort of products people would like to get, skin tones and types. Being someone who is naturally tanned i would not be using tanning products. other than that excellent company.”

“Brilliant site. Needs a little bit of work for when the boxes are release as unfortunately it's not been a smooth transaction any time I've ordered. This is due to the amount of people trying to order. It's fine any other time.”

“Cohorted Beauty Box is one of my favourite beauty boxes in the market, the selection is really good, however, is quite difficult to get one and I love that they will have a subscribtion option and that the surprise product would be the same in all the boxes as most of the time I like better other items in different boxes, apart from that, I really like this box.”

“Cohorted easily offer the best beauty box available. July in comparison to previous months was a bit disappointing as snow white came out years ago which suggests the make up pallet is years old? Won't stop me from ordering August's box though.”

“I was very underwhelmed with the products featured in the july box since the nailsinc polish was part of the old range, i cannot use the fake tan and the fact the snow white movie came out a good few years ago makes the palette pretty questionable in terms of whether we should be applying such old makeup. The mini gucci shower gel however smelt pleasantly fresh yet strong and probably my favourite item. Delivery took exactly a week and the tracking was helpful. PLEASE GET SOME BETTER PRODUCTSCOHORTED!!”

“I'm impressed with the cohorted beauty box, full size items and real value for money. The only downside is that at the moment there is no subscription and I missed out on the last box as it was sold out.... Bring out a subscription! ????”
