“every time i am very exited having this box in my house, all products are good ,some i never know or try before, just one product was not good at all, let me down;-(but i love this box anyway”

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. Beauty Box Subscriptions are placed one month in advance. Which means, for example, if you subscribed in October then your first box will be delivered in November. We then bill on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and the 3rd of each calendar month, this guarantees you the following month’s Beauty Box. if there's anything further you'd like to discuss please contact us on customerservice@cohorted.co.uk

“My November cohorted box was just what I needed! I have recently started a course of isotretonin from the dermatologist for acne - having never experienced dry skin in my 29 years, this box was perfect for me! I got to try the hydrating primer, two testers of a moisturiser, that as soon as I have gone through it, I will be purchasing as it feels so amazing on my skin, a lovely metallic lip glaze and a fabulous full sized mascara. These items have perked me and my skin up ready for my first dry skinned winter. Thank you cohorted!”

“I do love my cohorted box each month. Novembers issue was great as always. I love the Lancôme products and I have put the Hydrant cream on my Christmas list. Also this month I really love the hand cream. It smells fab, feels beautiful and best of all is an amazing size. Thank you cohorted. 😊”

“Love the box but so annoyed to receive same items time after time. I am subscriber more then a year and received many same items. You should some how track for people not to get same items. New subscribers can get those items, not old subscribers Makes me feel that is time unsusbribe this box”
