I had my car serviced (still under warrant) at a cost of £259. The Alternator belt was noisy which I mentioned and they just fobbed me off saying not covered by the warranty on a 2.5 year old vehicle with 9000 miles on the clock. It would be £65 to change. No mention of having a word with Nissan on my behalf. It just questions the point of paying more for a franchised dealer service in the first place. I've now taken this up with Nissan direct but feel I should not have hd to do this in he first place

Being a motorcyclist as well as a car driver I was aware of Colin Appleyard Ltd as far back as the sixties and I was also aware of the excellent service provided by your dealerships. Therefore it was without hesitation that I travelled up from South Wales to purchase a new Suzuki Swift from your Huddersfield branch. Your salesman Steve Bagnall handled the transaction and was courteous, helpful, friendly and professional throughout, a real credit to your company. Many thanks to Steve & the team. Friendly helpful staff. Matthew the salesman never made me feel rushed or pressured from the test drive, through explaining the quote to explaining all the features on my new car 😊

Very pleasant staff, efficient & informative. Very nice to see customer service award 2016 behind front desk & don't doubt 2017 will be up next. Extremely pleased to to see 'Appys' core values on display & followed by staff I met.

Ashley at the Shipley dealership was really lovely to deal with - welcoming, polite, clear and straight-talking: I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. The Vitara is fantastic - really pleased with my purchase!
