“MOT and Service 11/17 - Home collection and return service went without hitch. Good communication in the period that the car was in the garage. Tyres (requested by me) supplied and fitted at reasonable cost. Valeting carried out. Not absolutely rock bottom prices (still cheaper than quoted by my local, and previously used, garage), but given the work carried out - good value for money and a very good experience.”

“No one hassled when 1st arrived and staff very polite when we enquired about a particular car. Young man (Jack) very helpful told us the vehicle was at another show room they have and brought it over for us. He offered and made sure we had drinks prior to him going for it.”

“Excellent service, client is kept informed at all stages of the repair. Video sent with engineer talking about what has been fixed. Really great service! Once will return my leased car I'm going to buy one from the Keighley branch! Well done!”

“Staff: polite and helpful. Communication: I should have liked, when I made the appointment, to be told I would have to wait 45 minutes for a lift home. The person who gave the lift was very friendly, however.”

“Sincere thanks for repairing and rebuilding my Kawasaki bike. Because of the work Appleyard's had done on it before, I knew it would be good, but not that good. It's fantastic! Nothing was overlooked or substituted and it was returned to me in mint condition, as promised. These guys know what the're doing for sure. Many thanks to Malcolm and engineers who put me back on the road.”

“I was well looked after and kept up to date that is why I'm giving them top score,however on returning home I found a scratch on the car,I know I should of checked thoroughly before leaving but with a brand new car you don't expect to find a scratch, I have to take it back on Tursday siceill be interested to see what happens”
