Woman on her own what hasn't a clue about cars. Staff at Colin Appleyards look after you and don't make you feel stupid.

Was told car needed for whole day, so said I would need a courtesy car. Then told they could do it in 2 hours so said I would wait. Advised on arrival it would be 4 hours. No valet and printer broke down so no stamp in service book (being posted to me). It was not the height of good customer service.

Booked in with ease. Collect and delivery carried out by Chris with the minimum of fuss. Service carried out and returned, clean and spotless. First time at the Dealership and it won't be my last. Extremely impressed.

Popped into the Keighley branch with a broken key and Mike in parts had it sorted in a few minutes without me having to go to the expense of getting a new key, although it could get expensive as I had my car valued ss well Excellent service from Matthew as well

left my car at 9:30am for MOT. CA Sevice called me at 4:15pm to say it had failed and needed a new tyre to pass, as a consequence car wouldn't be ready until following day; not acceptable. Further work was recommended (new brake pads, another tyre) costing £150. As I had paid £308 in June for a full big service and only driven 2,500 since, i am confused why these points weren't highlighted then.

Only one of the faults was fixed despite mentioning over the phone initially prior to RAC collecting car. Both wing mirror and side of car were scratched when car was returned.

Once again, outstanding service from Chris the service manager and his team. I genuinely do not trust any other garage / person with my car. Excellent service from EVERYONE in the branch.

Disappointed with service this time. I needed a new battery in the spare key, was charged for one but it did not work. Staff knew it did not work when they returned the car. Went back to the garage this morning and was told it was a dud one. Car was not valeted at all. Not your usual standard.
