“Good to get a text reminder that car was due for a service. Booked my car in for a service at short notice before going into hospital. Arrived early and had the service completed quickly while I waited. Good video showing the checks carried out by the technician underneath the car when the car was on the ramp. Comments on the check list explained to me by the receptionist.”

“An excellent service when we bought our Ignis from the Huddersfield branch. Cars on the forecourt were clean and well presented, even though they are right next to a main road. Staff all very helpful, and arranged a test drive even though we hadn't made an appointment. We were happy with a short delay as a member of staff was off ill, and this was explained to us. A manager kept us up to date and informed until Jon Broadbent was available to take us on a test drive and talk us through a sale. We are very happy with the car - to date! - and a fair trade in price was offered on our Mazda. We would certainly recommend the company to our friends.”

“First time with Appleyards, after excellent service for 15 years from another dealership and another manufacturer, whose product did not meet our requirements. So Suzuki gained our business, and the sales staff, particularly Dominic at Keighley, couldn't have been more helpful and patient with a customer unsure of a new make and it's features. First contact with the service staff also inspired confidence.”

“03/07/2023 Such a friendly great service my husband and I recieved from the staff at Canal Rd Bradford. After searching, looking around a few main dealerships this was definitley the best. Ashley went over everything thoroughly and was more than helpful. even the manager stopped to say hello and check all was well. It was an efficient service all round and the staff were so pleasant and accomodating. The little extras my husband requested were fullfilled. The staff kept us well informed with what was happening and all went to plan, excellent. Would definately recommend them to anyone looking for a replacement vehicle new or used. Love my Suzuki Vitara great car good price with lots of safety extras that I was not expecting. Highly recommend Ashley for his patience and proffesional attitude instructing me on all the new tech details I had little understanding of.”
