“This is the second car I have bought from Colin Appleyard, Huddersfield. I found the customer service excellent the first time round and had the same experience this time too. Jonathan who dealt with my current car was very friendly, helpful and made the process very easy. I would definitely recommend Colin Appleyard, Huddersfield to anyone looking to buy a Suzuki. Everyone is lovely and not pushy sales people as you can find in some dealerships.”

“I had been looking for a while for my 'next' car and I have a list of essentials! A friend mentioned the Suzuki S Cross and after doing some research, found them to be good cars, but not much talked about. I have been used to driving Hondas for years and have always found them to be good reliable cars. I now wanted height and an automatic... When I saw the Suzuki S Cross advertised at CA Ashton-under-Lyne, I was interested as it met all but one of my essentials. My mechanic looked into the details of the car and gave me the green ligt to take a look. My daughter and I travelled from Leeds by car, a journey that normally takes about an hour, took two hours (due to road works, football matches and M62 traffic 😡) and I was feeling really fed up and in two minds as to whether it was meant to be. Anyway John Crichton, soon changed all that. He was welcoming and wasn't too pushy :). He was able to answer my questions, showed extensive knowledge of the car and the industry, and was respectful. Following a short test drive, he allowed me the time and space to make a decision without any pressure. I collected my car the following week, with telephone contact with John in the meantime. Everything went to plan, and I can honestly say I am very happy with my purchase, and with the customer service I received..”

“The measure of the quality of service is not when things go right because that is a client’s expectation, but when they go wrong. I cannot thank Mark and the service team at Bradford enough for sorting out a problem which arose with my car. They were quick, efficient and kept me informed. Mark also provided me with a courtesy car and I liked it so much that I bought one. Thank you to Matthew for dealing with the purchase of my new car and getting me on the road!”

“Such a friendly helpful garage! Mathew Butterfield made purchasing my car a relaxed and easy experience. No pressure at any time and happy for me to take my time in making my decision! “Absolutely delighted with my Suzuki Ignis! I dealt with Michael at the Keighley branch and, being a driving instructor, it’s fair to say that I’ve bought quite a few cars over the last twenty-odd years. This purchase was dealt with so professionally that without any doubt it was the easiest exchange that I’ve ever done! Michael arranged for the dual controls to be exchanged from my old car to the new one, he told me the car would be ready for me to work by 12.30 and it was! All in all a very new experience for me, which I will remember when it’s time to swap my car again, I can’t praise the staff at the Keighley branch enough. Thank you for a nice straightforward car exchange!”
