“As always Mathew Butterfield was truly excellent in all he did and can never be faulted---everything went as planned and was a very smooth buy and sell process. The car ---a 1.4 turbo is the best car I have driven---so smooth yet very powerful. The ride has been improved over the past 3 years and this car is an absolute delight while its looks are admired in red, black and silver. I am now so pleased to have a set of floor carpets installed to complete the purchase. All the purchase transactions appear to be exactly in place as agreed and now I can sit back and truly enjoy my new Suzuki 1.4 Vitara all grip. Fantastic Trevor Nash.”

“Not happy with service wasted a morning had to wait to be told I could not have our car till Monday yet you had all the money for the car told I could have a loan car which was fine but why could I not have our car no sorry not happy”

“Found a car I liked on the website at Huddersfield branch. When called spoke to Simon great to chat to. Sorted me out a test drive for that weekend, he made it a smooth process. He was professional, helpful and down to earth which is a real bonus. I understand sales are there to sell but glad it wasn't a hard sell as puts me off so his technique is fab and couldn't praise him more. Ended up buying the car and nothing was too much trouble and everything catered for with my needs. Car was sorted quickly and with ease! Came to collection and drove away within 20mins. Have to praise Simon Morley at your Huddersfield branch! All branches need a Simon.”

“Chris Trevena, at Keighley Nissan garage is an absolute star, this week he has gone beyond and above what I would have expected from any garage. As Im part of a field retail team my car is incredibly important, Chris clearly appreciated this and has been a real support in me having to use hire cars ect to not enable me to keep working. He got the big job squeezed in to a very tight time frame, and was understanding of my general frustration.”

“Took our car for service yesterday could not have had better customer service. Every member of staff that we came in contact with were superb with special praise to the young men who ferried us around Shipley whilst the car was being serviced. “the manager of the keithley motorcyle branch needs sacking he is a disgrace and very unprofessional, because of his actions when i purchased my new motorcycle a month ago i will NEVER buy from there again nor will i recommend it to anyone. the only reason i have been back since is for the 500mile service witch was a rip off at £160 for oil and filter change.”

Hi Peter. We are sorry to see you have given us a 1 star review and as such have looked into your comments further. From the information we have been given it would seem you were unhappy with the original valuation we had given for your part-exchange however after further discussions with the Sales Manager this was resolved and you went on to purchase the motorcycle you were interested in. In reference to the cost of the 1st service, again we have looked into this and can confirm the charge is correct and applies to all new bikes. Historically the labour cost of the 600 miles service was covered by the selling dealer however this changed a few years back. We do explain this as part of our handover process when a new bike is collected and an information sheet is included with the pack you receive with your new motorcycle which also explains. We are sorry you do not feel completely satisfied with the service you received from us. “Nick at the Ashton branch was absolutely great being a first time buyer I didn’t know very much but he was really informative and made sure I knew what I was buying into I didn’t feel pressured into anything also katie who helped me with my insurance and made sure everything was up and running for when I picked my car up the next day couldn’t recommend them enough.”

“I found all staff the Keighley branch of Suzuki welcoming, friendly and courteous. Matthew Butterfield, my salesman, put me at ease and spoke in a clear, concise manner that I was able to understand. All elements of the transaction were explained to me and opportunities to ask questions were given.
