“I was so impressed with Collide's online inventory, with a great selection of records from many diverse musical styles. I was delighted to find a rare Nickel Creek record that I'd been looking for over the last year. What differentiated the buying experience from other record shops was the level of personal service. I not only received a 'thank you' email from Greg after placing the order, but a hand-written thank you note as well, included in the package. I'll be back!”

“Most of my shopping is online, so I deal with different sites. But Collide Records is the 1st one that has ever been so thankful or personal about my purchase. There is nothing generic about the way they treated me. Their service goes above and beyond. I will defiantly be buying again.”
