“I was very impressed by their customer service both times I ordered vinyls. It's the best customer service I've had in a long time. The delivery was timely, and the packaging kept the vinyls from bending or getting dented. I'll be using them to purchase all my vinyls, and I definitely highly recommend Collide Records.”

“Great service! My records were damaged by the shippers, but Collide sent me new records ASAP and a free return shipping label to send back the damaged records. They were responsive by email immediately as well when I had a problem. Would definitely use them again. :)”
