“I’ve ordered from Collide more than once and I will absolutely continue to do so. The personal touch Greg is able to put into an online business is remarkable and second only to being able to buy from a record store in person. It’s hard to recreate that online but Collide gets it right. Not to mention I’ve gotten some great finds from their selection. You’re missing out if you don’t give Collide a shot! Thanks for everything!”

“This was my first time ordering from Collide, but won’t be my last. There was this whole situation I accidentally created and they were super helpful and kind, especially when I realized it was all me and had nothing to do with them(I accidentally ordered the same record from somewhere else in a different version and thought they sent me the wrong one…whoopsie!). He was incredibly helpful and easy going which made me feel even worse about my screw up. The vinyl came in perfect condition and the shipping was extremely fast. Couldn’t recommend more!”

“I purchased a Taylor Swift album for $ 54 and found a week later and saw it on the Taylor Swift store for $ 34 , needless to say that I'm very upset and disappointed”

Hi Lori. Sorry to hear that you were frustrated with the price. We are as well as unfortunately the price we are charged per record is actually higher than the price on Taylor's website. You also have to take into consideration the additional costs... I just looked on Taylor's website and with tax and shipping the total price comes to $46 or higher. Shopping at a small independent record shop is usually more expensive than getting from the big box or giant webstores, but you also likely get better customer support. All that being said, if you'd like to return the record, or keep the record and get a refund of the approximate $8 you spent compared to ordering from Taylor's site, please return our call at 800-800-3076. “Extremely happy with everything!!!! A CD, and they packed it VERY Well!! A Rarity these days!! As breakable as CD's are, yet still a Rarity! Fast Shipping and great followup about my total experience in purchasing from them. Their pricing is also Great!! They price at or a bit below their main competitors. Everybody expects fast shipping now, but don't seem as concerned about the packaging to protect the item. Care was definitely given in this regard, which I Appreciate Very Much!! If I'm buying CD's or DVD's, it's to keep and enjoy them for years, not a few months, until they're trashed, which seems to be more the norm in the streaming age. Collide Records obviously realizes that personal customer care is what has been lacking. I almost Never write a review for anything that is more than a sentence long. This company impresses me this much!! I will absolutely be making Collide Records my go-to first stop, before looking to their two behemoth competitors, (whose overall purchasing experience has been degrading due to an over-emphasis on delivery speed and an under-emphasis on their sellers maintaing adherence to that companies selling guidlines). - Tim”
