“We had pvc cladding on the ceiling of our conservatory. It did make it cooler in the summer but it was still quite cold in the winter and needed heating. It looked good and matched the interior well.”

“Although my installation was delayed by the weather, I cannot give an excellent review to this transaction as I was initially misled by the salesman regarding the ease of installation, which then led to further expense. Also It took them 3 weeks to discover this problem. Communication with the admin staff was chaotic they always seemed genuine enough, but unable to reliably follow things through (tip:- check your junk folder as some but not all their emails seem to find there way there). However eventually my lovely roof (external only), was installed in 2 days by a couple of hard working installers who did a very professional job, and all at what I believe to be a very competitive price. Would I use them again? quite probably yes..”

“The fitters done a great job when they finally arrived after 2 cancellations. Was told I would be compensated as I had time off work for them but never received any.”

“Prior to having the roof modified, we had a conservatory that was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. We have now moved our home office into the conservatory as was and use it most days all day. Thermally it is very efficient. Aesthetically the resin tiles blend in well with the house roof tiles for colour.”

“Unfortunately Comfortable Conservatories have not made me particularly happy! The insulated roof (which incidentally ended up being insulated with a different material than had been marketed to us) does not appear to have made any great difference to the temperature. Yes it looks nice and the noise of the rain has reduced, but on hot days it is still too warm to use, or even to put house plants in as they wilt in the heat. Overall I am disappointed.”

“Workers great, product good. However, we were quoted for 3 days work and booked time off. The work was completed in 2 days but we were not offered any reduction. If they do that on every quite they make 33% extra every year. They also kept ringing me to quote for a conservatory roof AFTER ours had already been fitted. Their customer service dept. is a total shambles.”

“Workmen did a very Good job some minor damage to tiles on adjacent kitchen roof overall pleased with the conservatory roof although we still have not received any paperwork regarding the installation”

“A good job was completed in early December. It is a good product and the team of three did well to complete the insulation, despite being sent to South Wales and Merseyside during their assigned week with us. But now I'm having final demands off the local council for building regulation fees not being paid. These fees were paid as part of my final total, in fact, £80+ more was paid! I have now received the third demand from the local council and next week the debt collecting agency will be calling!! I have phoned on three occasions in the last fortnight and I have always been given assurances that it will be paid. But to no avail. So it seems we have a company who have a good product and our team of installers were good. But beware of paying for any extras. It seems I will now have to take my grievance to a another level!”

“the comcept is excellent as were the sub contractor that did the roof.But unfortunately the admin was terrible the one call we received during the build was to say the plaster would not be coming as he had broken down in fact the plaster was here &half way through the job!!! the next call was for the money! ! very disappointed with the customer service”

“The installation team were superb and the product is excellent. I couldn't be happier with the installation process. The administration process was a nightmare, particularly when dealing with the Milton Keynes office. 3 times salesmen failed to turn up, then an installation date had been 'forgotten'. Staff in the Norwich office were conscientious, even if I was eventually told that they had me down as an awkward customer! The end result is great and as such I am happy to recommend it.”
